Identification And Evolution Of Generic Technology In GPS Patent Analysis

The core of modern economic growth driven by huge impact stems from technological progress brought by. Industrial generic technology is a kind of technology which can be used widely in many fields, and its research and development can be realized. It is mainly to solve the industrial development in the basic and key problem, once the breakthrough can quickly drive the industry to realize the strategy to upgrade, especially in some like China that developing countries can help realization technology tracking from imitation to independent innovation, from single breakthrough turn for the integrated innovation, from product competition to competition in the industry.Patent, as the carrier of technology innovation for the research value of the state and enterprises growing, the existing research less to patent citation perspective of navigation industry and other emerging technology industry development evolution process and mechanism were studied. Based on the evolution theory, this paper analyzes the evolution process and characteristics of generic technology based on the development and evolution of GPS navigation industry.In this paper, combined with the patent bibliometrics analysis(using social network analysis), literature research and other related theories and methods, first, to collect information related to the patent technology of GPS data, analyzing the data, formatting output data; patent citation network and component technology co-occurrence network. SPLC main path analysis of patent citation network, identify the common patent technology of GPS navigation industry, and explore the evolution and evolution characteristics of industrial generic technology.Finally, combined with the analysis of the evolution of the GPS industry generic technology and trends, summed up the general conclusion of the common technology development. Formulate relevant policies for the state to support the development of generic technology, to provide the relevant enterprises with the patent layout and industrial technology development recommendations and guidance.
