Research On Evolution Measure Of Technology Innovation Network Based On Patent

With the improvement of global information continuously, the value of patent information is becoming more and more important. Patent information can play an important role in government decision making, the development of new technology and the implementation of the patent strategy.The patent information analysis method now is more and more colorful, especially, patent network analysis become academic research hot spot in recent years. The most present patent network analysis method concentrate on single static network. This paper puts forward a dynamic network analysis method in the application of patent information mining, then applying it in the measure of technological innovation network, and making an empirical analysis of the targeted technology as the research object. The main research content as follows:First, this paper take technology innovation network as the research object, and use the method of combining the patent data and dynamic network analysis, building the evolution measure of technological innovation network system based on the patent dynamic network. The system include: analysis of technology innovation process and cycle, showing the technology development present situation and trends in the macro level; analysis of innovation subject cooperation network, technology networks, technology function network and innovation subject distribution network, from the meso level showing the present situation of technology development; applying patent dynamic network analysis index to the technological innovation network analysis, using the change of network index to display the development of technology evolution in micro level.Then, we collect patent data of targeted technology and make a empirical research on the target technology. Then we use the measurement system of technology innovation network evolution from the macro, meso and micro levels to predict the targeted technology development trends and hot spots, summarizes the problems existing in the development of targeted technology in China, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the enterprise and national levels.
