Financial Analysis On Value-chain Management Of The Energy Service Company

With nearly 30 years of reform and opening up, the national economy of China has obtained the remarkable high speed development, but also accelerated the increasingly strengthening of energy constraints of the economy. Therefore, a key way to reduce the energy consumption and to promote energy efficiency is to vigorously develop the energy conservation service industry. But now at home, although the contract energy management in our country has gradually developed, formed by the energy servi ce companies as the representative, contract energy management as the business model of new form of industry energy conservation service industry. But in practice, the energy conservation service industry development is not smooth. On the one hand, it is the result that government policy enforcement is not enough, the more so because everyone insufficient understanding of the nature of the energy service companies. The companies need to change their management idea that is market and customers oriented, in order to realize the value chain management as a starting point, reconstruction and optimization management system, to ensure a successful enterprise strategic transformation.Take value chain theory as the starting point, this paper makes a study from the angle of financial management for energy conservation service industry positioning and business model, etc. First of all, based on value chain theory and the energy management company after the pertinent literature summarization, on the basis of existing theory for reference, and meanwhile Energy Service Company value chain as the guidance of the financial analysis of the necessity and feasibility is argued, put forward the concept of building the value chain of financial analysis system for Energy Servi ce Company. Secondly, combined with business model of Energy Service Company elaborated the financial management strategy, value chain analysis method as well as the evaluation index, etc., refine and improve the establishment of the value chain of financial management system in energy saving firms. Finally, combining with the concrete enterprise case, fully discusses the theory of value chain management is to carry out the energy service company to the enterprise financial management activities, in order to realize the maximization of value increment, create win-win of the closed enterprise the interests of all parties.In this paper, we study the innovation of the two points, one is at present, a lot of studies on value chain management of Energy Service Company in our country are mainly from the angle of the overall policy as the main research point, and the bibliography on financial management system for Energy Service Company is quite limited. In this paper, based on in-depth analysis to the relevant studies, aiming at coming up with service value of energy saving calculation for Energy service company, forming value chain management framework, and combining with enterprise management mode, the approaches to advance financial analysis according different phases. Financial analysis method based on value chain, makes enterprise management in Energy Service Company, including financial management has a solid support, so as to break through the traditional management thinking, to greatly improve the quality and level of enterprise financial management. Second, in the summary combing the existing value chain under the guide of financial management, on the basis of theoretical research combined with the author’s own working experience for many years engaged in energy-saving industry, in view of the financial management of achievements and existing problems of rational analysis, so as to be able to provide Energy Service Company a value maximum idea continuous impelled in China for reference.
