In recent years, with the continuous progress of urbanization in China, the urban complex also invest in a boom period. In this process, since the city complex acts as an important role in the process of urbanization;On the other hand, urban complex development in China started relatively late, lack of investment and development of mature experience, developers will blind investment risks, may cause greater losses to the enterprise and society. Therefore an urgent need for urban complex investment risk management in-depth study in order to provide reference for the development of China’s urbanization.In this paper, Aiming at China’s urban complex in the early stages of development, lack of sophisticated risk management theory this situation, around the risk identification, risk assessment and risk prevention of the city complex investment expand research. Firstly, the paper researches the background of the urban complex development, domestic and international situation and study the concept of urban complex, domestic and foreign research status and urban complex concept, summarizes the characteristics of urban complex investment risk, explained the process of urban complex investment risk management. The method of Work Breakdown Structure-Risk Breakdown Structure(WBS-RBS) is used to identify the investment risk of urban complex, combined with three-dimensional description of the risk, the Delphi method, frequency statistics methods to screen and optimization evaluation,indexes, to build a risk evaluation system for urban complex investments. Proposed ternary interval number Comprehensive Assessment Model,which evaluate uncertain events convenient with a practical, easy to operate features,and suitable for investment risk assessment of urban complex.The paper take MIXC? Xi’an as a representative example,collect sample data to evaluate and calculation of the urban complex investment risk,verified the validity and reliability of ternary Interval numbers comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the paper combines with the results of risk assessment,Proposed investment risk prevention and avoidance strategies of urban complex, provide reference for investors to mange the urban complex investment risk.Examples show that results of this paper and put forward new ideas can effectively filter out the key risk factors of the urban complex investment,objectively evaluate the investment risk of urban complex, which provide reference for investors to manage the urban complex investment risk.These studies of the paper have great significance for the urban complex investment risk management.
