| The retractable lateral finger plate rake, developed by the Grassland Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences has the problems of too large Volume in transporting process, hard turning round restricted working range and easy deformation or fracture of tine when encountering any obstacles. To solve these problems, the main components of the foldable double lateral take were analysed in this thesis. The main contents and results achieved are as follows:(1) The relevant parameters of the finger plate frame of lateral folding disc rake were analysed and calculated.(2) The phenomenon of stress concentration of finger plate tine was analyzed, and simulated the stress and displacement changes of tine when it encountering the obstacles, so that the materials of the tine can be improved, and to adapt to the harsh working environment.(3) By simulating analysis of the four-bar mechanism connected with the cylinder of lateral folding tray rake, it was analysed whether the interference were existed among the mechanisms, also the stroke of the cylinder was determined. |
