According to the State Council issued "the view about the implementation of the most stringent water management system"(GF[2012]3), as the water efficiency of irrigation for one control index of three "red lines" of the most stringent water management system. The relevant department clearly required that water efficiency of irrigation of the national farmland should be increased to0.53above in2015and to0.55above in2020.Based on the hairisu grassland irrigation area in Inner Mongolia ChiFeng as the background, analysis and testing of the water efficiency of irrigation of rice which is one of the largest water demand crops in irrigated area. In different base years, make an objective evaluation and evaluation of status of water-saving irrigation engineering. The following conclusions:(1)Through the research in impact factors identification of water efficiency of agriculture irrigation, Combined with the local actual situation, selected the main impact factors of water efficiency of irrigation of rice in irrigated area, and established the index system.(2)On this basis,11years that from2001to2011impact factors of water efficiency of irrigation of rice field was selected for principal component analysis. Removed interference factors reasonable, and reserved the main factors. The multivariate linear regression forecast model was established by using principal component as the independent variable and the paddy field irrigation water use coefficient as the dependent variable. Used the experience data of water efficiency of irrigation of rice field from2001to2013to test the model calibration, and analyzed its fitting degree.(3)Base on the principal component scores, the water-saving irrigation investment, rate of channel lining and rice planting area ratio were determined as the positive and negative factors of water efficiency of irrigation. The influence degree of the main impact factors on the water efficiency of irrigation were determined by the model simulation analysis. It provides theoretical support for water efficiency of irrigation further study in irrigated area. The research of prediction model about water efficiency of irrigation should be carried out. To promote water planning and water saving.
