Harbin, Located in the the high-latitude regions of China, which have less rainfall in summer, have short vegetation growing season and less biodiversity etc.If vegetation were destructed, They could be extremely hard to restore. Especially microclimate in road slope is complicated and easy to have soil erosion.11common shrubs which were Amorpha fruticosa,Caragana korshinskii,Caragana arborescens, Syringa microphylla, Syringa oblate, Forsythia mandshurica, Ligustrum suave,Rosa xanthina,Tamarix ramosissima.Hippophae rhamnoides,Cornus alba were selected for the study in Heilongjiang. As the city road slope environment in Harbin for example, this research analyzes its adaptability and performances in ecological effect and landscape effect evaluation, providing theory basis for different functional requirements of slope green plant configuration. The results as follows:This reasearch selected8indicators including height growth, diameter growth, exist, coverage, erosion resistance, cold resistance, barren resistance, disease resistance. Most adaptable shrubs species in slope environment were Syringa oblata, Amorpha fruticosa., Ligustrum suave. General adaptable shrub species included Forsythia mandshurica.,Tamarix ramosissima, Rosa xanthina,Caragana korshinskii, Hippophae rhamnoides. Poor growth of shrub species adaptability were Caragana arborescens, Syringa microphylla, Caragana korshinskii. This reasearch analyzed the ecological effects against dust, bactericidal capacity, cooling capacity, humidifiers volume, carbon sequestration and oxygen release by clustering analysis, The results showed that ecological effects of shrub species can be divided into three level:the first ones were Syringa oblata accounting for9.09%of the test species. The second’s were Amorpha fruticosa, Forsythia mandshurica, Cornus alba, accounting for27.27%of the test species, the third’s were Caragana arborescens, Syringa microphylla, Ligustrum suave, Rosa xanthina, Tamarix ramosissima, Hippophae rhamnoides, accounting for9.09%of the test species. Performance integrated ecological effects in general.Choosing branches of coronary, flower, leaf and fruit chosen as the main index, comprehensive analysis of11kinds of shrub species was conducted by questionnaire. The result showed that, comprehensive sorting performance for the landscape effect as follows:Rosa xanthina> Syringa microphylla> Cornus alba>Syringa oblata>Caragana arborescens> Caragana korshinskii>Amorpha fruticosa>Tamarix ramosissima>Forsythia mandshurica>Ligustrum suave>Hippophae rhamnoides.
