Environmental pollution and energy crisis is a common problem facing the world, therefore the world are beginning to focus on the development of renewable energy, including biomass energy is the focus of new research. The study showed that the conventional biomass fuel (oil, coal) which are similar to the internal structure and properties, through modern processing techniques, can be converted into high quality renewable energy.Straw in northeast China is very rich in biomass resources, is a viscoelastic biological materials, lower density, can not be conveniently transported and stored, and therefore detrimental to their processing and secondary development. Low efficiency of conventional combustion of straw, seriously polluted, and the waste of resources caused by biomass, but the fuel is compressed straw having a high compression ratio, the processing performed by the compression molding apparatus, not only easy to transport and storage, and to improve the biomass combustion performance, improve the efficiency of biomass energy.Currently, research molding equipment and more mature, but still widespread inefficiencies, high energy consumption problem, another ring mold and pressure rollers wear serious problems have not been solved. In this paper, bio-straw for the study, analysis of the bonding mechanism raw material feedstock, from biomass fuels forming factors, the study of how "efficient energy consumption", comprehensive comparison of common advantages and disadvantages of the molding machine, molding machine design proposed new ideas and new methods, namely the use of vertical structure, and by Pro/E software simulation to determine the reasonableness of the structure.Mechanical Analysis and ring die molding process biomass molding machine has been the focus of academic attention, the paper forming process and a ring mold molding machine by the force were analyzed using finite element software ring mold, spindle static analysis sufficient strength to ensure that critical components of the pressure roller system modal analysis to ensure that does not happen resonance machine at work.In summary, this paper through the design and theoretical research on new horizontal of straw ring die pellet fuel molding machine, biomass density molding equipment design, optimization and improvement of the structure of the process parameters provide important theoretical basis.
