| In order to study the fertiliation effect and the best ratio of nitrogen,phosphorusand potassium of Euscaphis konishii seeds so that provide a theoretical basis for thereasonable fertilization of Euscaphis konishii seeds. Analysis of variance, Orthogonal testdesign and Multiple comparison and regression analysis were used in this paper.Systematically analyzed the effect of ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassiumfertilizer on the growth and the physiological and biochemical indicators. In addition,theleaf nutrition of Euscaphis konishii nutrition diagnosed by using DRIS index method.The results are as follows:(1)The effect of fertilization on the growth of Euscaphis konishii showed that theprimary and secondary order of the effect of fertilizer application of nitrogen, phosphorusand potassium on height, diameter, biomass, and seedling quality are N>K>P. the optimalcombination of height growth is N2P5K1, The optimal combination of diameter growth,biomass, quality seedlings are N2P1K2, namely N0.92g+K2O0.60g applied to each potseedling is best to the growth, good quality seedlings.(2)The effect of fertilization on the photosynthetic characteristics of Euscaphiskonishii showed that there was very significant positive correlation between the netphotosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance, there was very significant negativecorrelation between the net photosynthetic rate and carbon dioxide. The primary andsecondary order of the effect of fertilizer application of nitrogen, phosphorus andpotassium on net photosynthetic rate are N>P>K, the optimal combination of N2P2K2,that every pot N0.92g+P2O50.12g+K2O0.60g, most conducive to improving thephotosynthetic capacity of seedlings.(3)Correlation analysis between seedlings growth indicators and photosyntheticcharacteristics Euscaphis konishii show that there was very significant negativecorrelation between the height, diameter, biomass and seedling quality and carbondioxide.(4) The effect of fertilization on the soil enzyme of Euscaphis konishii showed thatthere was very significant positive correlation between activity of urease, sucrase andacid phosphatase,correlation coefficients were0.981and0.831. The primary andsecondary order of the effect of fertilizer application of nitrogen, phosphorus andpotassium on catalase, urease, and acid phosphatase are N>P>K, sucrase impacts is N>K>P,the optimal combination of N2P2K2, that every pot N0.92g+P2O51.20g+K2O0.60g, most conducive to improving the activity of soil enzyme.(5)Correlation analysis between seedlings growth indicators and activity of soilenzyme of Euscaphis konishii show that there was very significant positive correlation between the height, diameter, biomass and seedling quality and catalase, urease, and acidphosphatase,there was no significant with the catalase.(6)The effect of fertilization on the nutrient content of Euscaphis konishii showedthat the primary and secondary order of the effect of fertilizer application of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on N, P, K content are N>K>P, the optimal combination ofN2P2K2, the nutrient content under every pot N0.92g+P2O50.12g+K2O0.60g isbest.The correlation analysis of fertilizing amount Euscaphis konishii nutrient contentshowed: there was Very significant positive correlation between Nitrogen fertilizer andthe content of Nitrogen, kalium fertilizer and the content of kalium, the correlationcoefficient was0.925and0.866. On the contrast, there was significant negativecorrelation between phosphorus fertilizert and the content of phosphorus, the correlationcodfficient was-0.577.(7)DRIS index nutrition diagnosis was used to diagnosis the P, N, K elements ofEuscaphis konishii.The results showed that suitable ratio range of N,P, K of Euscaphiskonishii is P/N=0.125±0.018; N/K=2.666±0.458; K/P=2.999±0.643. In thistest, N2P1K2optimal equilibrium. Overall N is relatively large demand, followed by K, Pis relatively small demand of Euscaphis konishii.(8)By studying the growth index, physiological and biochemical parameters, plantnutrient content, soil enzyme activities and correlation analysis of Euscaphis konishii.,as drawn: every pot administering pure N0.92g+P2O50.12g+K2O0.60g ratio is the bestfertilization program of Euscaphis konishii. |
