Caragana korshinskii have been widely cultivated at "Three north" area in China, they are not only a good brush for windbreak and sand-fixation plants, or forage grass resources which have higher nutritional value and molding fuel use of resources which have upper heat value. In view of the rich resources of Caragana korshinskii are in urgent need of transformation, study on forming mechanism and equipment of Caragana have important practical significance to survive the development of new industries. Aim at this background of this research designed a new kind granular molding machine which can process Caragana korshinskii particles forming feed and fuel. The article mainly has carried on the aspects of research:(1) A comparative on the forming mechanism for Caragana granule feed and fuel have been studied. We have analyzed the influence factors which have relation with the particle forming. Preliminarily determined the suitable range of moisture content, granularity, the molding pressure, and the shape of the die hole.(2) Parts of Caragana forming die molding have been designed. Innovative use of ANSYS Workbench to simulated design and optimize analyze the core parts mold die, we have find the optimal parameters of a mold die structure and determined the parameters of the mold die structure.(3) On the basis of analysis, have determined other working parameters and designed and calculated the main drive, the input and the feed system. As well as designed the main working and the whole structure.(4) The stress and strain of shafts have been analyzed by using finite element software, have got the stress and strain contours and provided the basis for the analysis of structures and components.(5) The different die mold of different structural parameters have been test analyzed, by analyzing the Caragana particle loose density and wear resistance of the different structure of the mold to optimize the ideal mold structure parameters in actual production application.
