Practice Of Soil And Water Conservation Ecological Restoration In Lin’an Zhejiang Province

Ecological restoration is the harmony between man and nature, a concretemanifestation of the process, is an ecological self-recovery, development, and improve theprocess. Practice shows that the ecological restoration of Zhejiang Province, naturalconditions and socio-economic conditions are suitable to carry out ecological restoration work,and have a basis for policy and practice through the reservoir area, the sources of riversdistrict key restoration projects, pilot counties (city) building, ecological EnvironmentConstruction demonstration counties (city) ecological restoration practice, has accumulated alot of practical experience. In view of this, in order to promote the development of theecological environment construction of soil and water conservation in lin’an city in zhejiangprovence, this paper through a comprehensive survey of the past pilot project in Lin’an City,combined with practical experience in the implementation of the comprehensive managementof ecological restoration project, the main results are as follows:(1) In the project implementation period, the project area involving10townships plansto complete Grain472hm2, closing off11180hm2, hickory forest restoration governance499.3hm2, supporting eco-immigrant population165people, clean construction a smallwatershed.(2) Through the pilot project, returning farmland to forest and closed forest to carry outthe implementation of measures for the main, with pecan Remediation of soil and waterconservation forest ecological restoration project that soil erosion area271.51km2; situation inthe project area within the region more serious soil erosion to achieve a fundamental changein soil erosion, soil erosion modulus decreased to500t/km2a. Thereby significantly improvedagricultural production conditions, to achieve a virtuous circle of social economy andsustainable development.(3) The term ecological restoration project estimates a total investment30,809,900RMB,of which5,239,200RMB returning farmland to forests, closing2.236million RMB, focusingon building restoration project18,428,000RMB, an independent cost3.1627million RMB,reserve fund of1,744,000RMB.(4) This study, using3years time, completed the soil erosion management of linan city in five small watershed. New management area was70.9km2, water loss and soil erosion ofsmall watershed management degreed above80%and man-made soil and water loss controlrate was more than95%. The soil and water conservation ecological consciousness generallyincreased. The ecological environment stepped into the benignant development track. Thefarmers’ income and living standards improved significantly. Economy of the study areadevelop sustainably, which provid reliable guarantee for the the economic and social of thefuture of linan city.
