Corn is one of the main crops in shanxi province. at the same time, with the promotionof high-yielding maize Shanxi created to carry out the activities, promotion of good cornvarieties and advanced cultivation techniques,becoming the province’s highest grain yield perunit of crop development potential.however,from the natural conditions of each ecologicalregion analysis of maize,drought, poor soil, leaf spot and other factors limiting thedevelopment of local maize production factors usually. Among, drought is the most importantlimiting factor limiting the development of corn;in some corn ecological regions,high-yielding maize no varieties suited choice, other reasons for not supporting thecultivation techniques or unreasonable measures, resulting in excellent yield potential failureto fully tap the species, restricting the development of the corn industry.The study, use of comparative analysis and other methods, to analysis of the mainfactors affecting the development of high-yielding maize, the purpose of the analysis,summarized in Shanxi maize cultivation techniques suitable for extension optimization mode,to further tap the potential yield of maize in Shanxi provide a scientific basis.The main conclusions are as follows:1. In recent years, major promotion of high-yielding maize varieties with regionalrestrictions, the maize corn impossible at all ecological regions in large scale production testand obtain the same yield.2. Excellent variety and good method must be matched, a high-yielding varieties, theremust be corresponding supporting yield cultivation techniques in order to obtain higher yield.3. Shanxi activities to create high-yielding corn and agricultural production process,improve soil fertility and close planting are equally important, and Improve soil fertility andmaize planting density is the premise and foundation.to improve soil fertility is theprerequisite and basis, for increased corn planting density4.According to the promotion of mulching under the premise of the results achieved inShanxi, the promotion of reasonable density planting,increased application of organicfertilizers (using raw manure and compost.), soil subsoiling operations, not tillage farming orless,full mechanization of operations (sowing, application of fertilizer, cultivator, chemicalcontrol, harvesting, straw chopper, unified prevention and unified governance), timely late harvest and other comprehensive cultivation and management technologies,for importantwork of the corn yield. to two increases (increase fertilizer, a reasonable increase in density)as the core, change sparse large panicle varieties to a higher density varieties, change thesame spacing as wide and narrow row spacing planting, change the blind application offertilizer to the soil testing to balance fertilization, change artificial job to the fullmechanization of operations, changes early harvest is timely late harvest, change post-harveststraw burning to straw chopper, namely the promotion of "two-increase and six-reform"comprehensive cultivation of management techniques in the area of Shanxi. Shanxi cornplanted in poor soil conditions of the region, focus on promoting reduced tillage andhole-saving irrigation and fertilizer saving techniques, mulch or straw mulch to save water,keep the soil temperature fertility techniques. promote the use of integrated cultivation andmanagement techniques.
