Agricultural meteorological ten-day, monthly report and disaster report are the main textmaterial of meteorological services for agriculture those are reliability and timeliness demanding.Weather such as scientific data need to be professional and technical personnel from all walks oflife to spend a lot of manpower and time to write a valuable analysis material, these words notonly cost a lot of manpower, material and the writers should have good professional level andwriting ability, urgent need an efficient intelligent materials document service platform.Manual editing of agro-meteorological information documents is time-consuming, laborious,and a demanding profession, under the support of meteorology GIS platform, Learnagro-meteorological expert system,build professional term vocabulary classification knowledgebase and model base of agro-meteorological key feature temporal and spatial expressions based ontopological theory, according to the topological correlation of the professional term vocabularyclassification knowledge base and model base of agro-meteorological key feature temporal andspatial expressions,realization of summary statistics from the agro-meteorological observationdata, quantitative analysis, chart generation, language editor of the whole process automatically,basically realized automated generation of agro-meteorological information documents.The research results show that the automatically generated is more objective, comprehensiveand specific, accurate than artificial write, only need a few artificial polishing which can beissued.Thus reducing the time and technical difficulties of artificial writing material greatly, andreduces the man-made subjective deviation; The self-learning function of the rules of agriculturalexpert system and the technique of GIS spatial analysis and topology relation, solve the traditionalagricultural meteorological expert system analysis is not comprehensive, the shortcomings of dataredundancy, greatly enriched the document material, strengthen the flexibility of the professionalterm restructuring and illustrated euqally; The technology can also be applied to traffic, electricitymeteorological weather and geological hazard meteorological support services, from many aspects,such as fire weather service to improve the production efficiency of the meteorological serviceproducts greatly. Contribute to the scientific data service support technology in data entrypaperless, electronic management, statistical tabular, graphical analysis, to show the new stage ofvisualization to service documentation.
