| Angelica existing cultivation patterns are mostly transplanting,early bolting problem has alwaysbeen the restriction in the yield and quality. In the process of Chinese medicinal materials of artificialcultivation in our country, there has long been a single fertilizer and excessive application of fertilizer,the traditional fertilizer use large, low efficiency, high cost and heavy pollution has been a commonproblem confronting the Chinese herbal medicine production. This paper used field experiment,investigation and sampling analysis and laboratory simulation experiment to research the differencesof the rhythm of growth and development and yield, explored the right mulching pattern and densityof Angelica.Explored the right Altitudinal gradient and Sowing date of Angelica by researching thedifferences of Biomass,yield and qulity.Selected the right mineral fertilize and fertilizer amount byresearching the differences of rhythm of growth and development, yield and qulity.The main resultsinclude:1.The Promoting effect to direct seeding Angelica of covering by wheat-straw is better thancovering by Radix bupleuri stem and White Film,covering by wheat-straw can make direct seedingAngelica have more plant height, leaf number and leaf area in July and August, the effectivephotosynthetic organs is enough, so these can improve the root fresh and dry weight in August andSeptember.The smaller the density,the higher the root length,diameter of root and root fresh and dryweight of direct seeding Angelica,the promoting effect in descending order is450000plant/hm2>570000plant/hm2>795000plant/hm2.The interaction of mulching pattern and density todirect seeding Angelica is significant.The direct seeding Angelica have the best agronomic charactersand yield under the cultivation mode of covering by wheat-straw and density450000plant/hm2, theferulic acid and the volatile oil both reached the qualityindicators of Chinese pharmacopoeia.2.Under the different altitudes and sowing areas agronomic characters,yield and qulity of directseeding Angelica are different.Under the same sowing area,the mid-altitude(2000m) have the bestperformance,the second is low-altitude(1500m),the high-altitude(2500m) is the worst.Under thesame altitude,the sowing earlier,having the better performance,the promoting effect in descendingorder is2012.8.29>2013.4.3>2013.4.29.The interaction of altitude and sowing area to direct seedingAngelica is significant.Under the mid-altitude(2000m) and sowing on8.29,the direct seedingAngelica have the best yield,it reached13840.95kg/hm2,15.3%higher than transplanting Angelica.Under this treatment,The proportion of each grade are11.1%,31.1%,34.5%and23.3%.Theextract,volatile oil and ferulic acid both reached the qualityindicators of Chinese pharmacopoeia.The yield of direct seeding Angelica is significant correlation with root and abovegroundindicators.4indexes (Diameter of root-X1,Lateral root number-X2,Root fresh weight-X3,Aboveground Fresh weight-X4)were chosed to build mathematical evaluation model. i.e.,Y=-1037.91+241.08X1+492.26X2+199.78X3-167.46X4(R2=0.994).3.Three kinds of mineral fertilizer promote the growth and development and yield of Angelicasinensis in varying degrees.The treatments of4020kg/hm2YinRongFeng organic fertilizer and4020kg/hm2XinQing mineral fertilizer have the best indexes.Under the two treatments,the rootlength,diameter of root and plant height of Angelica sinensis are better than the other treatments, butis not significantly different on leaf number.The yield reached to7843.75kg/hm2and7625kg/hm2,increase54.67%and50.35%compared to the comparison.Under the treatment of4020kg/hm2YinRongFeng organic fertilizer, the volatile oil increase0.7%ml/g compared to Chinesepharmacopoeial, the ferulic acid increase0.075%compared to Chinese pharmacopoeia.In order toensure the yield and quality,So,it is concluded that4020kg/hm2YinRongFeng organic fertilizer and4020kg/hm2XinQing mineral fertilizer can increase the yield an improve the quality. |
