Explore a new way, which one is low-cost, efficiency, low-discharge and sustainable. Accelerate the construction of resource-saving, environment-friendly society. At the same time, with the rapid development of the pig farming, pig breeding has gradually changed from the affiliated industry of agricultural economy to a pillar industry of the agricultural. The way of pig farming is almost change from the traditional family feeding into the specialist feeds or large-scale breeding. The development of pig breeding, not only enriched the residents’ "food basket", but also increased the income of farmers and promoted the development of agricultural economy. However, because of the lack of supporting environmental protection facilities and inadequate supervision of pig breeding, the environmental pollution which has affected the ambient environment, people’s mental and physical health, and other negative effects, and all kinds of food safety problems have emerged in an endless stream. So, how to carry on the reasonable planning of large-scale pig farming and make up healthy ecological farming model has been an urgent outstanding problem of sustainable development of pig breeding.The purpose of this paper is the integrated using of environmental impact assessment to evaluate development limited pig farming project on agriculture and animal husbandry in Shouguang Xinlong. This paper has stated project emission, impact analysis, and protection measures and so on, from the air, water, noise, solid waste and other aspects. And it has explained them with some charts and formulas. It also state the main measures of environmental protection which can be taken to solve some environmental problems of the project’s construction and operation, especially for the source of pollution in the project, a detailed analysis of environmental impacts. So that to put forward the measures forenvironmental protection and the relevant suggestions, and to give an example to the environmental impact evaluation of pig farming industry. Gradually standardize the management level of pig breeding in Shouguang City, and set up a long-term mechanism of pig breeding pollution control, so that to achieve the orderly development pig breeding science. Especially the treatment of manure by biogas during the project operation is that the biogas can be used to be the power for the project. And the biogas residue is high quality organic fertilizer to the farmers in the vicinity for the surrounding farmland fertilization. It can not only save power resource, but also reduce the amount of fertilizer to use, and avoid applying fertilizer too much of the surrounding farmland which may be affected soiling compaction, hardening. This method increases the crop yield, but also solves the malodorous waste gas. It is a win-win measure of the environmental protection. It has obvious social benefit just as agricultural synergism, farmer income, increase regional GDP, and improving people’s income and quality of life, transferring the surplus rural labor force to the production of circular modern agricultural, and so on. |
