Environmental problem is one of the main problems in our country,soil erosion problem also play a very important role in environmental problems,and the northwest loess plateau in our country is one of the most serious soil erosion areas in the world.North line of Nan Gou Men reservoir water supply project is a long distance water supply project which the project area is located in the south of loess plateau,the soil erosion types mainly include hydraulic erosion and gravity erosion,hydraulic erosion is the most.The construction area is the key national water and soil erosion prevention and protection zone,and key prevention and protection zone of soil and water loss in Shaanxi.In this paper,the project is taken as the object of study.Based on theoretical analysis and engineering practice,the environmental impact of water supply engineering and the current situation of soil and water conservation are comprehensively analyzed in-depth,and discuss the existing problems and restricting factors.Combining the management experience of similar project construction,specific solutions were put forward for this project.In accordance with the relevant specifications and requirements,the goal of environmental protection and environmental standards were cleared firstly,and then the influence of water atmosphere,sound,solid and ecological factors on the environment is analyzed and the corresponding protection scheme is put forward.During the construction of the project,abandoned slag quantity is larger,if those were piled up on both siedes of the river,soil erosion was easily caused beause loose slag body was easy to transport downstream with flood extremely.Therefore,the design of soil and water conservation in this area was also studied in this paper,based on the natural geographical conditions and engineering construction status of the project area,the area of soil and water conservation was divided and the scope of responsibility was indentified.According to the area of soil and water loss and abandoned slag quantity produced by engineering,the design measures of soil and water conservation construction were made,respectively from the construction conditions,layout,process and schedule.In this paper,the key of this study is that the scheme design conforms to the engineering practice.It can effectively reduce the impact of engineering construction on the local water and natural geographical environment,so that the project can bring out the biggest economic and social benefits.
