In addition, the Pleurotus geesteranuss stage of Pleurotus geesteranus is in late summer or early autumn period which generally is the production off-season of edible Pleurotus geesteranus and its demand is big; With low temperature processing, it can be also proceed cultivation for the whole year. Therefore, Pleurotus geesteranus is one of the most development prospect of rare and precious edible fungus species now.Nine species of Pleurotus geesteranuss are introduced in this study, through variety identifing, three level strains cultivating formulation selecting, high yield and good quality varieties selecting, cultivation material selecting, Pleurotus geesteranuss strain alkali resistance test, key technology research of raw meal cultivation and the investigation and study of plant diseases occurrence of insect pests, etc., key technology of high-yield cultivation is researched systematically.The results are as follows:1.The nine most suitable medium of Pleurotus geesteranus is: 200 g potato, 20 g sugar, 20 g agar, 3 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 1.5 g magnesium sulfate, 20 mg vitamin B1 and 1000 ml water. Protospecies with the fastest growth, Culture medium formula is wheat kernel medium: 98% kernel,2% gypsum. The most suitable for popularization and application in the production and culture medium formula is: 40% sawdust, 37% corn cob, 20% bran, 1% sugar and 2% gypsum; or40% cotton seed hull, 37% corn cob, 40% bran, 1% sugar and 2% gypsum.2.For the 9 strains of the Pleurotus geesteranus confrontation training test and esterase isozyme identification test were perforned.The similarity coefficient is determined at 0.843, po-34、xiu 57、xiu 499 are the same stain,Pleurotus geesteranus3991、Pleurotus geesteranus longhair are the same strain, six strains are determined :Zhang Xiu 9, Pleurotus geesteranus po-21, Pleurotus geesteranus po-32, Pleurotus geesteranus po-34, Pleurotus geesteranus 3814, Pleurotus geesteranus 03991.3.Based on the different cultivated varieties comparison experiment, the Pleurotus geesteranus 03991 was identified as the best variety. On the cultivation ofmaterial with the cotton seed hull as main ingredient, 03991 hyphae grows fastest,the Pleurotus geesteranuss primordium formation time is the shortest, and with the fastest turn tide, the first three tide Pleurotus geesteranus biological efficiency is highest which is 62.2%. The first wave Pleurotus geesteranuss has the higher crude fat, crude ash, crude protein content, lower crude fiber content and better nutritional quality.4.Based on the quality and efficient cultivation material screening of the Pleurotus geesteranus, L10 is determined as the most suitable cultivation formula,which is 40% cotton seed hull, 42% corn cob, 15% bran, 1% gypsum 2%lime. L10 cultivation material growth rate on mycelium is faster, primordium formation time is shorter, turn tide is shorter, and the average yield is the hightest.Biologic efficiency is the faster, which is 80.7%. The first wave Pleurotus geesteranuss has the highest crude protein content,which is 39.34/100 g, Crude fat,crude fiber content is higher, crude ash content is medium, which has good nutritional quality.5.Pleurotus geesteranus can undertake fermentation material culture, the Pleurotus geesteranuss cultivation material heaped twice is more suitable, which can make the hyphae grow fastest, the Pleurotus geesteranus grow earlier, turn tide faster,and the yield highest, the first 3 wave of Pleurotus geesteranus biological efficiency was 79.7%, total biological efficiency is 90.8%, which is conducive to improve the efficiency of the production and cultivation.6.After hanging insect nets on the door and window,in the Pleurotus geesteranus house using yellow board traps during the Pleurotus geesteranus and fumigation insecticidal prevention and control measures, which obviously reduced the Pleurotus geesteranus midge folded eyes and the influence on the production of the Pleurotus geesteranuss, the effect is remarkable.
