In this paper, Research on adding different concentration levels Tea polyphenols (TP),Tea Saponin (TS) and a mixture of TP and TS in diet of broiler chickens that were latent infected by Eimeria coccidium; Through the establishment of animal models of broiler chicken of latent infection by coccidia, Determination of broilers production performance, Nutrient digestibility, Serum biochemical parameters, antioxidant properties, immune organ index, intestinal microflora and immune cytokines and other indicators, Studied systematically polyphenols, tea saponin protective effect and mechanism of latent infection of Eimeria coccidium(LIEC) in broilers.Trial 1:Two hundred seventy commercial Ross x Ross male broiler chicks were obtained from a commercial hatchery on day of hatch. Chicks were randomly allocated into the nine dietary treatments with five replicates of 30 broilers per group. The control broilers were fed a corn-soybean meal based diet, and the treatment fed with 250 mg/kg of TP,350 mg/kg of TP,100 mg/kg of TP,200 mg/kg of TS,300 mg/kg of TS 250 mg/kg of TP+150 mg/kg of TS,350 mg/kg of TP+150 mg/kg of TS and 200 mg/kg narasin add to based diet. the related indicators were detected respectively in In the trial 21,28,35 and 45 day old of chickens. Experimental results show that, compared with the control group, the diet add certain levels of TP and TS could improve the production performance of LIEC broilers and crude protein apparent digestibility (P< 0.05), at the same time, reduced the fat digestion and absorption (P< 0.05); Serum triglycerides, cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein blood urea nitrogen concentration were significantly reduced (P<0.05) in LIEC broilers; It could promoted to the development of immune organs and improve their serum total protein, albumin, globulin and serum lysozyme levels (P<0.05),improved intestinal lactic acid content, reducing E. coli levels (P<0.05);In term supplementation with a certain level of concentration of TP and TS in diet of LIEC broiler could be increase serum CAT, T-AOC, SOD content and duodenum CAT, CAT, T-AOC, and SOD (P<0.05); decreased serum and duodenum of MDA content (P<0.05); There were increased trend of serum and duodenal GSH-PX levels This proves that TP and TS could protected chickens against coccidiosis infection influence and maintained their normal nutrient metabolism; while increased serum high-density lipoprotein concentration (P<0.05), with the promotion of protein synthesis and metabolism, Play a role in lowering blood lipids; TP and TS could protected LIEC broilers against coccidiosis infection affecting by increasing anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects and enhanced to humoral immunity, could maintained normal metabolic of physiology and biochemistry; By clearing free radicals of broiler body, protecting the integrity of the cell membrane lipids and could repaired of intestinal inflammation due to latent infection of chicken coccidia. However, Compared with adding 200 mg/kg antibiotic narasin group,the results of these trials was not significant, Which was mixed add to based diet in with 250 mg/ kg polyphenols and 150 mg/kg of tea saponin were better.Experiment 2:One hundred fifty commercial Ross × Ross male broiler chicks were obtained from a commercial hatchery on day of hatch. Chicks were randomly allocated into the five dietary treatments with five replicates of 30 broilers per group. The control broilers were fed a corn-soybean meal based diet, and the treatment fed with 350 mg/kg of TP,300mg/kg of TP,250 mg/kg of TP+150 mg/kg of TSand 200 mg/kg narasin. The serum IL-2, IL-15, IL-18, IgM, IgG and S-IgA levels of intestinal were detected respectively in In the trial 21,28,35 and 45 day old of chickens Experimental results show that, that a certain amount of TP, TS could improved significantly levels of serum IL-2, IL-15, IL-18, IgM,IgG and intestinal S-IgA, (P< 0.05).Which it proved that TP, TS could promoted With intestinal mucosal immune function and promote cellular immune function; By improving gut mucosal immunity and cell immunity of LIEC broilers and against coccidia infection,maintain the normal physiological and biochemical metabolism of LIEC broilers.
