At present our country is promoting the building of new countryside, and theagricultural mechanization, automation, make agriculture fuel a surge in demand. In orderto ensure the safe and efficient operation of rural fuel pipeline network, we shouldconstruct network monitoring system which is responsible for information collection,transmission, analysis, storage of network operation information and the internalmanagement of fuel company. It has become a necessary part of safety production for ruralfuel company.This present paper chose Agricultural fuel SCADA pipeline transportation systemin liuzhou, nanning as the research object. In accordance with the requirements of designinstitute network technology design, we put forward corresponding control design scheme,this paper expounds the system hardware configuration, hardware part includes PLCmodule configuration, selection of PC hardware configuration and communication design.Lower position machine PLC system is a kind of professional industrial computersystem that is widely used in industrial production process control computer system and isthe core part of SCADA system. Its task is to acquire and control the digital signals, analogsignals and pulse signals of all sorts of measuring instrument, and protocol the data inaccordance with the unified communications. Considering the overmuch IO points of theinstrumentation equipment on the pot and the high precision of system controlling, wechoose guentner series PLC of schneider company, the CPU model number is140cpu67160. Because of its configuration according to the redundant, rich modules, greatexpanding ability and high reliability, it can well meet the requirements of control station.In the PC monitoring system, monitoring picture is more complex, and it has the ability toconnect all kinds of automation equipment, so the software "Intouch"of Wonderware company is our choice. Users can realise real-time observation andcontrol of industrial processes through it, and it provides PC development engineer with aeasy development environment and a wide range of functions, so as to design the SCADA system process flow diagram of real-time monitoring on the pot. In terms ofcommunication design, to make sure local data display,PLC controller protocols toindustrial control computer in upload station control room with Modbus, and it canimplement remote transmission share of station measurement data with the Modbus/TCPprotocol.The main content of this paper includes the SCADA system’s overall design, hardwaredesign, software design, the upper configuration software monitoring system design andthe design of the network control system, this system not only can be used iin pipelineindustry, it is also a very good reference to other automatic control industries.
