In this experiment the average weight were (48.5±2.1) Kg and (47.6±3.2) Kg of2.5-3.5years old small-tail Han sheep and Xinjiang Cele black sheep of each6, feed forage toconcentrate ratio of29%:71%grinding corn straw diet, were divided into four groups (n=6ineach group) control of cross between test group and experimental group in order to study thefeeding aerosol (0.8g/Kg diet) effect on Small-Tail Han sheep, digestion and metabolism ofCele black sheep. The results shows that, after feeding aerosol in Small-Tail Han sheep andCele black sheep of dry matter intake were1270.8±32.9and1161.8±28.4g/(d only), i.e.feeding aerosols were increased by25.2%(P <0.01) and25.3%(P <0.01); feeding aerosolsmall-tail Han sheep and Cele black sheep dry matter digestibility were57.3±7.2and57.6±2.1, respectively, decreased by12%(P <0.05) and8.3%(P>0.05); organic matterdigestibility were61.4±1.1and56.4±3.8, respectively, decreased by7.9%(P>0.05) and6.6%(P>0.05); apparent digestibility of crude protein was60.2±2.8and60.7±2.8,respectively, decreased by3.2%(P <0.05) and4.3%(P>0.05), cellulose digestibility were64.1±4.2and61.5±5.7, respectively higher1.1%(P>0.05) and2.3%(P>0.05);hemicelluloses digestibility were66.4±6.3and63.2±6.8, respectively higher2.3%(P>0.05) and decreased by6.2%(P>0.05); lignin digestibility were2.96±0.2and2.32±0.8,respectively.13.4%(P>0.05) and10.5%(P>0.05). However, Tim digestibility ofSmall-Tail Han sheep ewes feeding aerosol dry matter, organic matter, crude protein,cellulose, semi cellulose, calcium and phosphorus absorption capacity were increased by10.2%(P <0.05),15.1%(P <0.05),21.2%(P <0.05),26.6%(P <0.01),28.9%(P>0.05),36.4%(P<0.01,16.8%(P>0.05) and17.2%(P>0.05). Tim digestibility Xinjiang Cele blacksheep ewes feeding aerosol dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, cellulose, semi cellulose,calcium and phosphorus increased by15.1%(P>0.05),17.1%(P>0.05),22.2%(P <0.01),28.4%(P<0.01),23.1%(P>0.05,(P),20%(P>0.05) and18.2%(P<0.01). feeding aerosol inSmall-Tail Han sheep ewes and Cele black sheep ewes nitrogen retention increased13.7%respectively (P>0.05) and11.1%(P>0.05). From this experiment we can conclusion thatfeeding aerosol can be increased free intake and improve digestion and metabolism of sheepeffect.
