| The land in Xinjiang is vast and leveling, the climate is dry and there is little rain, thelong time sunshine and big temperature difference between day and night, build theadvantages for the cotton planting, and it is the biggest commodity cotton production base,but with the cotton planting area increased year by year, Continuously improve of the cottonharvest labor costs and labor shortages have seriously hampered the development of Xinjiangcotton industry.The main form of Xinjiang cotton planting is in the form of a herd farm as unit.Laid a good foundation of mechanization cotton harvesting. Application of cotton picker hasbecome an inevitable trend. But the foreign cotton picker is expensive, and the maintenanceand repair is even more difficult. Therefore, the development of independent intellectualproperty rights imperative cotton picker, could not only reduce the purchase price, but alsobreak the monopoly of foreign technology, even more, in which way we can promote theuse of cotton picker in our country. Closed-type cotton picker separation system is one ofthe representatives.In order to develop a more suitable and optimized structure on the basis of existingparameters for the dockage-system of closed-type cotton picker, given the complexenvironment, according to modern mechanical design theory and methods, such asmaterials, engineering mechanics, institutional analysis and synthesis,machinerymanufacturing technology,virtual prototyping technology and optimized design and so on.Determined the components parameters of the closed-type cotton picker separation system.Analysis the working mechanism and simulate the structure and properties of the componentsof the closed-typed dockage system, optimize the design parameters of this device.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)In this paper we analyzed the structure and working principle of separation systembetween our country and abroad,and we found out the advantages and disadvantages of theseparation system between our country and abroad, at the same time, we studied the materialproperties and impurities of the cotton, mainly including, the density,the moisture ofpicking cotton, the quality of cotton stalk, the quality of cotton ball, the quality of cotton shell,the quality of cotton balls, further more we clear analyzed the separation systems cottonpicker working mechanism.Analyzed the working mechanism of the closed-type separationsystem. The purpose of this subject,the significance, the research plan, the research objectiveand technical line are described in this thesis.(2)Determined the parameters of the basic components of the closed-type cottonpicker separation system, three-dimensional modeling the separation system by Solidworkssoftware, Ansys software is used to do the finite element analysis of main components,validate the feasibility and reliability of the design.(3)Employ Adams software to do the kinematic simulation of the separation system, using clear nail Tooth hybrid system and the wind is cleared and closed. Draw a moremeaningful velocity, displacement, acceleration and other parameters, output the theoreticalanalysis results in the form of graph,which provides the basis for designing and adjusting theparameters. |
