The research is conducted to determine the nutritional characteristics and effects of fermentedsoybean meal on growth performance、slaughter performance、index of blood biochemistry andImmune function of broilers early(7-28days) and(29-55days) periods and investigate on themechanism.148seven-day-age healthy broilers were randomly divided into3groups,controlgroup、antibiotic group and fermented soybean meal (FSBM) group respectively, three replicatesin each group and16broilers in each replicate. The control group was fed with basel diet(+SBM),the antibiotic group was fed with adding antibiotics(+0.03%aureomycin) in basal diets and thefermented soybean meal group were fed with basel diets adding fermented soybean meal(+7%FSBM) instead of ordinary soybean meal. After finished each period take two broilers from eachreplicate groups and take blood. and samples (including whole blood and tissue) were collectedfor analysis on28day and55day respectively.(1) Results of fermented soybean meal nutritional characteristics analysis showed:After fermented, the content of crude protein, crude fat and phosphate increased by10.53%(P<0.01),12.03%(P<0.01),52.14%(P<0.01)respectively,crude fiber decreased by (P>0.05). trypsin inhibitor was removed and antigenic protein and other antinutritinal factors weredecreased or removed.(2) Results of effects of FSBM on growth performance in broilers:①compared with the control group, the average daily gain of early stage in antibiotic groupand FSBM group increased by2.15%and2.59%(P>0.05)respectively;The average daily gainin the later stage, compared with control group, antibiotic group and FSBM group were increasedby16.63%(P<0.01)and5.61%(P<0.05)respectively.the daily feed intake of early stage inantibiotic group and FSBM group decreased by4.12%and5.48%(P<0.05)respectively; in thelater period, the Feed to Gain ratio increased by20.15%and12.98%(P<0.01)respectively, in thewhole period, the Feed to Gain ratio in antibiotic group increased by7.36%(P<0.05), FSBMgroup4.6%(P>0.05),compared with antibiotic group, the FSBM group increased by6.34%(P<0.05).(3) Results of effects of FSBM on slaughter performance in broilers:compared with the control group, percentage of half carcass weight in antibiotic group andFSBM group increased by1.55%(P<0.05)and0.53%(P>0.05); eviscerated weight percentageincreased by2.72%and2.73%,compared with control group and antibiotic group, the percentageof breast muscle weight in FSBM increased by3.93%and5.73%respectively;the percentage ofleg muscle weight was increased by8.76%and10.45%(P<0.01)respectively; the abdominalfat ratio in antibiotic group decreased by19.82%and34.13%(P<0.01),compared withantibiotic group, the FSBM group decreased by11.95%(P<0.05). (4) Results of effects of FSBM on blood biochemistry index and Immune function inbroilers:①levels of albumin and total protein:at the age of28days,compared with the controlgroup, levels of albumin in antibiotic group and FSBM group increased by12.45%(P<0.05)and27.6%(P<0.01) respectively, compared with antibiotic group, the FSBM group increased by13.47%(P<0.05);levels of total protein in antibiotic group and FSBM group increased by24.85%and42.86%(P<0.01)respectively,compared with antibiotic group, the FSBM group increasedby14.56%(P<0.05); at the at the age of55days,compared with the control group, levels ofalbumin in antibiotic group and FSBM group increased by16.7%and14.46%(P<0.05)respectively;levels of total protein in antibiotic group and FSBM group increased by28.98%and35.94%(P<0.05).②levels of Triglyceride and total cholesterol: at the age of28days,compared with thecontrol group, levels of Triglyceride in antibiotic group and FSBM group decreased by14.71%and19.39%(P<0.05)respectively; levels of total cholesterol, decreased by0.96%and12.68%(P>0.05); at the at the age of55days, compared with the control group and antibiotic group, levels of Triglyceride FSBM group decreased by62.26%and52.83%(P<0.01).③levels of serum calcium and Serum phosphate: at the age of28days,compared with thecontrol group, levels of serum calcium in antibiotic group and FSBM group increased by5.06%and7.3%(P<0.05);levels of serum phosphate increased by24.22%and35.4%(P<0.01); atthe at the age of55days, compared with the control group, levels of serum calcium in antibioticgroup and FSBM group increased by4.82%and25.3%(P<0.05), levels of Serum phosphateincreased by16.07%and39.29%(P<0.01); compared with antibiotic group, levels of serumcalcium19.54%(P<0.05).(5) Results of effects of FSBM on Immune function in broilers:①levels of immunoglobulin and bursal index: at the age of55days, compared with controlgroup and antibiotic group, levels of immunoglobulin A in FSBM group increased by7.69%and6.52%(P<0.05), levels of immunoglobulin G in FSBM group increased by11.39%and8.64%(P<0.05), levels of immunoglobulin M in FSBM group increased by13.43%and12.34%(P<0.05).②index of spleen and index of bursal: at the age of28days,compared with controlgroup, index of spleen in antibiotic group and FSBM group significantly increased by21.19%and52.98%(P<0.01),compared with antibiotic group, index of spleen in FSBM group26.23%(P<0.05), compared with control group and antibiotic group, index of bursal FSBM groupsignificantly increased by57.94%(P<0.01)%and33.33%(P<0.05), in at the at the age of55days,index of spleen in each group no significant difference, compared with controlgroup, index of bursal in antibiotic group and FSBM group increased by30.34%and47.19(P<0.05),compared with antibiotic group, index of bursal in FSBM group increased slightly, but notsignificant.
