In order to make enough capital hill papaya maximize the use of the resources, cooperate Ziqiu’s Chaenomelis Fructus production quality management practices(GAP), on the basis of literature review, this paper literatures on Ziqiu’s Chaenomelis Fructus resources, producing area, collecting time, storage time, planting density, fertilization, plant diseases and insect pests and the enterprise internal standard quality standards are studied, that capital hill papaya has great development potential and market prospects.Through the investigation on Ziqiu’s Chaenomelis Fructus varieties in Changyang Langping, we found that after years of planting this place has formed a relatively stable varieties and the genuineness of it is very good. In this area the mainly for the promotion of the breed is “Ziqiu papaya No. 1”and “Ziqiu papaya No. 2”.Through the different harvesting time of high samples of Ziqiu’s Chaenomelis Fructus weight, dry rate, density, effective component content and extract, acidity test, results show that the optimal harvest time for Ziqiu’s Chaenomelis Fructus on July 12. Combined with the local farmers’ traditional harvest time, the appearance quality of the fruit to compare different harvest time. Can conclude endowment of Ziqiu’s Chaenomelis Fructus optimal harvest time for each year during the middle to late July.This article mainly use the HPLC method to determine effective component content and more pharmacopoeia method for direct production method and the region of the effective composition content, found that two processing methods have no influence on the effective composition content, in view of cost and operational and medicinal materials integrity, conform to the actual situation of local production method directly.Using the effective composition content detection method to determine the optimal storage time of Ziqiu’s Chaenomelis Fructus to find storage after 18 months, qi block fruit fruit acid and total content of ursolic acid is lower than 0.5% of the specified in pharmacopoeia standards. The storage after the capital hill papaya medicinal materials from processing time had better not exceed 18 months.To have high planting density of Ziqiu’s Chaenomelis Fructus, growth and development, fertilization methods such as research, for the endowment of Ziqiu’s Chaenomelis Fructus mound planting technology research, finally the result is planting density of planting distance 2.0 m, with row spacing of 3.0 m, and determine the optimal fertilization time and fertilizing treatment, on the local farmers’ planting has a certain guiding role in the field.In study of integrated control of plant diseases and insect pests, adopt the method of investigation, get information and Ziqiu’s Chaenomelis Fructus main plant diseases and insect pests of fruit rot, aphids and budworm, on the basis of agricultural prevention and cure, chemical auxiliary principle, the main method of prevention and cure of plant diseases and insect pests is determined.Based on Ziqiu’s Chaenomelis Fructus origin 6 batch of medicinal materials, extract content, impurity content, moisture content, acidity, total ash, acid insoluble ash content, effective component content, the determination of heavy metals and pesticide residues, the results showed that each group of medicinal material moisture content, extract content, acidity, total ash, acid insoluble ash content and the effective composition content is up to the "Chinese pharmacopoeia" 2010 edition standard provided. In addition, this article has also established the high impurity content of Ziqiu’s Chaenomelis Fructus determination, determination of heavy metals and pesticide residues detection, advice magazine content less than 3.0% of hill papaya endowment of Ziqiu’s Chaenomelis Fructus heavy metal mercury content is 0.2 mg/kg or less, arsenic acuities were 2.0 mg/kg, 5.0 mg/kg or less lead, chromium content is 0.3 mg/kg or less, copper content of 2.0 mg/kg or less; Detect pesticide residues was not found in the 666 s, DDT, PCNB, aldrin this kinds of pesticide residues.
