With the increasingly improvement of urban, there are increasing energy crisis and pressing environmental problem such as smog. It is immediate that finding cleaner and renewable sources take place of traditional energy. If we make good use of biomass resources such as straw,it will be an effective way to solve these problems.Centralized gas supply technology of straw gasification is an important mean to solve the problem of environment and rural energy, and this technology is an important method to make use of biomass resources.In the definition of new biomass energy, centralized gas supply technology of straw gasification consists of two parts. The one part is centralized gas supply technology of straw pyrolysis gasification, the other part is centralized gas supply technology of straw bio-gasification. This paper presents the technical components of two centralized gas supply technologies of straw gasification, using the method of technical analysis, and this paper presents the difference between the two technologies. This paper introduces the theory and method of agricultural engineering technology and technology integration. Then we classified the process and technology of corn straw gasification and gas centralized supply,built modes of corn straw gasification and gas centralized supply to satisfied with the needs of production,and used the AHP to analyze the modes.Figuring out the preference of the ten modes on the basis of Henan Province,the preference of the mode 1-4 is:mode1>mode2>mode4>mode3;the preference of the mode 5-10 is:mode7>mode6>mode5>mode10>mode9>mode8.. At last, we get the conclusion and put forward corresponding suggestion and prospect of this research. |
