In this study, using randomized block experiment design in the city of Pingdingshan in Jiaxian, the flue-cured tobacco varieties Yuyan No. 6, Yuyan No. 7, Yuyan No. 9, Yuyan No. 10, Yuyan No. 11, Yuyan No. 12, Y8126, NC297, Yunyan 105 and zhongyan 100 a total of 10 varieties of flue-cured tobacco smoke as the research object, from the field growth period, agronomic characters and disease resistance of flue-cured tobacco, and the appearance quality, sensory quality, chemical quality, and finally to the difference of economic traits of each species were compared and analyzed, in order to select the adapt to varieties of locally grown tobacco provides the basis. According to the experimental results and analysis, conclusions are as follows: 1 Diversity analysis of different varieties flue-cured tobaccoFrom the field agronomic traits and botany characteristic point of view: the Yuyan No. 6, Yuyan No. 7, Y8126, were growing stronger, higher plant height, pitch was moderate, good ventilation, good parietal opening.Yuyan No. 10, Zhongyan 100, Y8126 field later easy yellowing, effected significantly, fertilizer tolerance was strong, followed by Yuyan 7, Yuyan No. 11 and NC297,fertilizer tolerance of medium, easily effected,Yuyan No. 9, Yuyan No. 12 were more difficult yellowing. From the field resistance aspect: the Yuyan No. 7, Yuyan No. 12 were the best, the common diseases of field resistance was better than other varieties, Y8126, Yuyan 6 performance secondly, Yuyan No. 10 and Zhongyan 100 resistance performance of the worst. From the appearance point of view: the Yuyan No. 6 and Yunyan 105 appearance quality were better, followed by Yuyan 11 and Yuyan No. 12, NC297 and Y8126. From the point of view of routine chemical components: the Yuyan No. 10, Yuyan No. 12, NC297 and Yunyan 105 inner chemical components were more harmonious. From the point of view of sensory quality: each species had a typical style of highly flavored type, aroma, aroma quantity was enough, less mixed gas and less irritating, flue gas was more delicate. The sensory quality of Yuyan No. 6, NC297 were better than that of other varieties, Yuyan No. 11, Yunyan 105 times. From the view of economic traits: the highest yield was the Yuyan No. 12, Zhongyan 100 in average, the proportion of superior tobacco, the output value per mu were the highest. On the whole, the Yuyan No. 6, Yuyan No. 7, Yuyan No. 10, Yunyan 105 were better, the Yuyan No. 11, Yuyan No. 12, Y8126, NC297 took the second place, other varieties performed worse. 2 Significant analysis of the dynamic of dry matter accumulation of different varietiesIn the accumulation of dry matter, the accumulation rate of dry matter accumulation rate of 100 to stems and leaves was significantly lower than that of root, and root growth ability was superior to that of crown. While the dry matter accumulation rate of No. 11 in the late stage of the tobacco accumulation was the fastest, but it also made the accumulation of dry material on the ground less. The accumulation rate and accumulation rate of Yunyan 105 tobacco were significantly lower than other varieties. Yuyan No. 6 and Yuyan No. 7 in various parts of the dry matter accumulation in dynamic performance was significantly higher than that of other varieties. 3 Grey correlation degree between main agronomic characters and output value of Flue-cured TobaccoOf the flue-cured tobacco varieties yield and output value influence larger factors was proportion of secondary smoke and leaf length. Of influence degree of each factor of production was as follows: proportion of secondary smoke > leaf length > plant height > section distance > stem > leaf width > leaf number, the degree of influence on the output was as follows: proportion of secondary smoke > leaf length > plant height > section distance > broad leaf > stem > leaf number. 4 Grey correlation analysis between agronomic characters and main chemical components in flue-cured tobaccoThe correlation between agronomic characters and main chemical composition was different due to chemical composition and agronomic traits, and the correlation of agronomic traits and chemical compositions of flue-cured tobacco leaves in different parts of the degree was different. The chlorine content of middle and upper leaves was in maximum degree with stem girth, and the total sugar and reducing sugar content were in maximum with the most parietal long. Therefore, the content of chemical components could be obtained by changing planting pattern and the field management and other agricultural measures, made the chemical components of flue-cured tobacco more coordinated and higher availability of tobacco industry.
