The seeding quality directly affects the yield of crops and agricultural product cost. It is an urgent requirement of modern agriculture to develop a high quality seeding machine. Although most areas of our country has been achieved mechanization planting, the seeding quality at present cannot satisfy the requirements of high yield, poor seeding quality is particularly prominent, especially the corn no tillage sowing in areas of two crops a year. The matching of wheat and corn in seeding is our urgent problems about machinery and agronomy.In this paper, Based on the research of wheat corn planting pattern in Henan Province, corn no tillage sowing and wheat rotary tillage before sowing is popular in Huang-huai-hai region of two crops a year. Combined with the planting pattern of wheat and corn in Henan Province and according to the requirement of wheat and corn no tillage sowing technology, a wheat and corn dual-purpose no tillage fertilizing and precision planting seeder is designed. This machine is mainly composed of a frame, four connecting rod profiling mechanism, stubble cleaning device, driving front wheel, wheat suppress wheel, corn seeding monomer, fertilizer scoop tube. The main features of this study are as follows.(1) With the agriculture mode of wheat and corn planting in Henan province, a new mode has been proposed with the row spacing 19+11cm of wheat and 60 cm of corn. Wheat seed fertilization and ectopic application and the position of fertilizer are located in the inferior five centimeters of the seed in the narrow row. The ectopic fertilization of maize seed fertilizer and species side are eight centimeters.(2) With the fusion in agricultural methods of Wheat corn sowing, a wheat and corn dual-purpose no tillage fertilizing and precision planting seeder is designed. It could realize rotary tillage stubble, fertilization, sowing and suppress, increasing soil water storage capacity.(3) The pre-designed wheel can ensure the land wheel walk in the non rotary tillage soil. With the increased friction between land wheel and the surface, reducing slippage, rate of stable sowing and reduced the leakage sowing, the machinery transmission of wheat and corn dual-purpose sowing will be realized. Corn planting spacing adjustment range from 18-34.4 centimeters transmission realization and the number of acres was 2860-5060. In front of seeder are the rotary cut and ditch device, reducing the content of residual bed straw effectively and the influence of the residual straw sowing. When corn planted, finger clip type seed metering device is used. Parallel four bar mechanism on the monomer of the frame can improve the field through and guarantee the sowing depth consistent. The four link mechanism is simulated by Adams software, rod length is determined 19 cm and copying is about 10 cm.(4) When corn seeding, machine center is at the back, it is necessary to calculate the safety of the tractor rear suspension to ensure the normal work.Compared with the traditional equipment, field experiments show that it could realize rotary tillage stubble, fertilization, sowing and suppress, improving the utilization rate of equipment with a dual-purpose, playing an important role in the seeding supporting of wheat and corn in areas of two crops a year in Henan province.
