With the development of the national industrial structure adjustment, the transfer of rural labor force to the city A. For labor-intensive industries, especially vegetables, flowers, corn, tobacco, traditional transplanting labor input, high labor intensity, can not be planted in large area in a short time. The realization of mechanization can greatly reduce the labor intensity, raise the labor productivity, the general can improve productivity for 2-3 times. In addition,compared with manual transplanting, mechanized transplanting can improve the planting quality, ensure consistency of spacing, row spacing, depth of planting seedling transplantation of. Winter wheat and summer maize continuous cropping two stubble is the main planting patterns in North China, winter wheat after harvest,because of inadequate effective accumulated temperature, rotation farming nervous,summer maize live had to choose varieties grown in short period, which affected the yield and quality of maize. Mechanized transplanting can strive for the precious time,expand the transplanting area, reduce the labor cost.In addition, China has introduced from abroad after transplanting machines of various types, including seedling guide tube, chain clip, scratch disk and transplanting hanging cup type machine. But on the adaptability is not ideal, low degree of automation, poor adaptability to different soil, environment. In the process of the pot seedling transplanting, easily in the seedling dropping process is planter bumps,seedling erect degree difference and dropping seedling planting device movement speed on the seedling survival rate has direct influence.In view of the above problems the design of crank connecting rod type planting mechanism, the mechanism of motion trajectory, a specific link and the displacement,velocity and acceleration to achieve planting action has important influence to the transplanting mechanism. This paper carried on to design the planting mechanism andkinematics simulation analysis of the end effector, as has the practical significance of further development of transplanting machine with excellent performance. This paper mainly through the parameter optimization of transplanting machine planting mechanism, a seedling separation mechanism, feeding seedling mechanism mathematical models are established for the theoretical design, verification, feasibility. Then through the establishment of 3D model of the whole, all the inspection parameters of mechanism design is reasonable, whether the appearance of interference between the various agencies, the unreasonable mechanism of re modification,Finally the simulation software of ADAMS 3D model of mechanical system import import reasonable analysis of kinematics and dynamics of the simulation. Analysis of planting mechanism of end effector clip can according to the preset for planting operation, the rationality of design of planting mechanism is analyzed theoretically; analysis of seedling mechanism and movement speed applied on nutrient seedling force will cause mechanical damage to the nutrition block; analysis of seedling mechanism is consistent with the theory.
