Many research showed that Zanthoxylum seed contained abundant fatty acid,protein and many other minim tantalum which did useful to human, but there was so little research about how to distill Zanthoxylum seed kernel using in mechanism method, so there were wasted many Zanthoxylum seed because we were short of mechanical equipment which could distill them, forming many resource were wasted, so designing corresponding rind machine were we in the face.Recently, mechanical designing new technology- virtual prototype technology was in process of developing, in this article, l used this technology to design Zanthoxylum seed rinding machine, completed the work in the below:Firstly, on the base of introducing how the machine worked, constituted movement of differential coefficient equation about material in the air current field, secondly using ADAMS software research air current velocity and air current direction changing reply to material moving condition defection, and then according to actually condition to confirm air current parameter, when the parameter was between 5m/s and 6m/s, the purpose is most convenience.Secondly, constitute model in the ADAMS on vibration riddle, and then carried through dynamic simulation, reviewed vibration riddle swing in the direction on X and Y, and analyzed every point in the riddle how to change on acceleration ,the result showed that there was no obvious change in the X direction, but had obvious change in the Y direction. And then did some virtual trials on the factor that could effect machine capability, then choosed the factor that have obvious effect ion on the machine capability-winch's radius and staff's length; then constituted the moving differential equations about material in the riddle, then designed the distinguish condition on when to row,when to down and when to upspring; And then used the ADAMS'optimizing tools to optimize factor which had special defection on the griddle. The result showed that when the winch's radius was 20mm and staff's length was 355mm, the riddle could move excellent, at last renewed model after optimizing, and added material into it, then add force, simulated the material moving on the griddle.This subject was analyzed material moving in the air current filed and in the vibration riddle with reason on the base of intruding virtual kind machine and simulate software, and then analyzed the factors which had specially affection on the material, then choosed the mostly parameter, the subject had specially guidance meaning in designing separating system.
