Fish gathering lamp is an important auxiliary tool in squid fishing industry, used LED as a collection of fish lamp light source, and it has many characteristics such as: orientation, no pollution, low energy consumption, long life and so on. These advantages are different from the traditional light source divergence that is not concentrated, produces ultraviolet radiation damage, large power consumption, severe droop, short service life. So the fish gathering lamp has great significance to the development of fishing industry. Studying on the shell structure of LED fish lamp light has a very vital significance on the application of it, which includes structural design, material selection, welding technology research, joint research and so on. In addition, in order to improve the welding quality and efficiency, the realization of welding robot automatic welding is very necessary.In this paper, choosing 316 L austenitic stainless steel as shell material of LED set fish lamp light. 316 L austenitic stainless steel belongs to ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel, the content of 16%-18% chromium which can form an oxide film in the surface of 316 L to make the stainless steel in the inactive state, nickel is contribute to make stainless steel have the uniform corrosion resistance, while low carbon content can reduce the precipitation of chromium carbide when welding, thereby the consumption of chromium decreases. Furthermore, molybdenum elements can improve the corrosion resistant ability of Cl-. Therefore 316 L structures are widely used in ocean engineering.Combined the actual welding and numerical simulation theory, the welding temperature field of lap joint moderate penetration weld of LED fish gathering lamp was analyzed by using the finite element software SYSWELD. The shape of molten pool obtained by simulation was compared with the shape of actual molten pool. Comparing the actual results with the simulation results, it showed that the results were basically consistent, so the correctness of the finite element model was verified. The welding temperature field when aluminum alloy plate was just melted through was simulated using this model. Two welding parameters obtained by simulation provided theoretical guidance for practical welding, that the welding current was 110 A and 175 A, welding voltage was 20 V and 27 V, welding speed was 0.6m/min and 0.6m/min.This experiment is mainly studied the welding process of LED set fish lamp light shell, which considers the effect of three factors during welding, which respectively are the welding current, welding voltage and welding speed, so a three factors, four levels orthogonal test was designed. As the basis to the grading standard, to evaluate the welding formation, and used extreme difference analysis method to compare the different range of various factors, then analyzed the impact of various factors on the weld formation, whose significance from the high to low was high welding speed, welding current, welding voltage. From the comparison, the optimum process parameters were determined, the welding current was 130 A, welding speed was 0.6m/min, welding voltage was 21 V.The weldment was welded by the optimized parameter, and then measured its width and depth of molten. Furthermore, phase, composition, microstructure, hardness and seawater corrosion of base metal and weld were studied and analyzed. Microstructure of base metal was single-phase austenite organize, whose grain was fiber texture by rolling. Microstructure of weld was austenite and ferrite whose content was 10%-13%, the grain grow from the fusion line and in the way of the columnar crystal growth. The main alloy elements content of weld were close to that of base metal. Hardness test showed that the hardness of weld was higher than base metal. Seawater corrosion rate of weld and base metal was 0.1767mm/a and 0.1814mm/a respectively.Finally, with the optimized parameter, the LED fish gathering lamp were welded. Quality inspection pass rate was 95%. So, the optimized parameter can be used for the actual welding and acting as a guider during the production.
