Xinjiang is one of the three largest tomato production areas,providing about 90% of thetomato production of China.So the tomato production has important strategic position in xinjiang.Planting on the film is the mainly way in the development of xinjiang tomato,which overcome thearid and semi-arid climate characteristics of xinjiang. The mainly mode of planting on the film isthe membrane punching transplanting, and existing way of planting is almost artificialplanting,which is time-consuming, low efficiency, and part adopts mechanical transplanting, andexits the problem such as low efficiency of membrane punch planting, plant membrane covering.For transplanting machine "a hole a seedling planting" traditional way exits the problems of lowefficiency, turns the soil is not real, from the change point seedling planting technology, this paperputs forward the new thinking of planting on the film furrow, design a membrane furrowingengraftment through the way of combination of theoretical research and physical experiment,andthe main content and research results include:1.The way of membrane planting and its technology research:Based on the analysis andcomparison of domestic membrane punch planting examples,the film furrow planting mode is putforward, and process of the membrane furrow planting is designed, and the technologicalcharacteristics and technique difficulties are analyzed.The membrane furrow planting experimentwas designed,and through the investigation of the subjects(including seedling growth, seedlingheight, leaf number, stem diameter, and tree planting time) to explore the feasibility of membranefurrowing, which verifies the membrane furrow planting mode is feasible.2.The design and theoretical analysis of the organization of trenching and furrowing :Basedon the comparison with existing double disc opener and in combination with the practical situationof xinjiang,the scheme of indiameter double disc opener is put forward. The structure compositionand the working principle of the indiameter double disc opener are introduced, and the discdiameter, the blade angle, the angle of the disk on the parameter is design.Indiameter of the doubledisk opener carried out a kinematical analysis on the trenching and furrowing.The displacementequation and velocity equation in the process of the disc movement is established.3.The design and theory analysis of the seedings guide institutions and the repressioninstitutions:The structure composition and the working principle of the seedings guide institutionsand the repression institutions is introduced, and the parameter of the key components isdesigned.The kinematics and dynamics analysis of the movement process of the seedling in theguide tube is carried on.The theory model of the seedlings in dynamic process is established.Themotion analysis of seedlings from landing to covering soil stage is carried on,and the influencefactors of seedlings upright degree are discussed.4.Membrane planting apparatus and the research of the performance test :Selecting the mainfactors influencing the plant performance indicators is traction speed, guide tube angle, disc wheeltrack,performance indicators select the upright rate, covering rate of percent of pass, the rate ofthe loose film.Experimental designed is the three factors, four levels orthogonal test, with the aidof SPSS data analysis software deal with the data to orthogonal experiment and variance analysis,which is concluded the best index optimum combination which influence the plant, the factors ofprimary and secondary order and level is A3C2B3.Through analyzing comprehensive analysis tothe test results are weighted, which is concluded that the same results as the poor, analysis ofvariance, verify the test results is scientific and effective.Ultimately the rational factors in primaryand secondary sequence and the corresponding horizontal is determined A3C2B3, so the tractionspeed is 4.5 km/h, disc wheel track is 130 mm, guide tube angle is 77 °.In this paper, the research provide the theory and practice basis to the next steps design andoptimization and developing of transplanting machine which is furrow on film.
