Climate change will make a significant impact on crop planting structure and agricultural plant diseases and pests. In the past century, the global climate and environment changed very much, global warming as the main feature. In this paper, the relationship between climate change and plant diseases pests in Linqu county is studied with the data of 10 years in 2004-2014, the main findings are as follows:1. Climate change dynamically of Linqu area.Linqu is located in the central part of the Shandong peninsula for the low mountains, hills, plains, the northern temperate monsoon climate, winter cold summer heat, four distinct seasons. During the 10 years, the annual variation of temperature in Linqu county is not normal, and the precipitation has a strong seasonal and inter annual variation.2. The pests dynamic and diseases of Linqu area.Corn and wheat are the main crops planted in Linqu county. There are no significant differences in the planting area. The species and number of diseases and insect pests are relatively easy to predict. Within 10 years of wheat occurred mainly in the disease of wheat rust, powdery mildew, sheath blight, smut, a total eclipse of the disease and the root rot disease, insect pest has wheat aphids and wheat spider and underground pests, injury of corn leaf blight, Helminthosporium maydis, Curvularia lunata, coarse dwarf disease, borer, armyworm, aphid and maize thrips etc. the main plant diseases and insect pests in maize.3. The dynamic relationship between climate change and pests.Wheat diseases and insect pests: Linqu County May precipitation and 6 month minimum temperature and precipitation affect the wheat powdery mildew occurrence area, and powdery mildew occurrence severity influenced by the factors such as temperature, mainly 3 month average temperature, 6 month average temperature and maximum temperature and September the most low. Effects of wheat aphid occurrence degree of meteorological factors more, showed a significant negative correlation, the degree and may the high temperature, sunshine time years and the average minimum temperature is extremely significant negative correlation.Corn plant diseases and insect pests: Linqu County in March the most high temperature, July annual rainfall and annual sunshine hours and the occurrence of large leaf spot disease area has a significant positive correlation, sunshine hours in August has a very significant positive correlation. Temperature relative to other meteorological factors, the occurrence area of corn rough dwarf disease has a greater impact. The corn borer is closely related to the occurrence area and temperature of May, there was a positive correlation between. The most extreme temperature, such as low temperature and in May, July and September of the armyworm incidence area has great relevance.
