The Climate change makes the human being face seriously challengesof unprecedented,agriculture is the one of the most affected industries.In thispaper,using the fuzzy mathematics and mathematical statistics method,which analysisand research the dynamic changes for planting structure of the climate suitabilitydegree in Yanting County,Sichuan Province of nearly the past32(1981~2012)years.Discussing small scale range agricultural production affected by climatechange.then put forward the corresponding improved measures,in order to achieve thereasonable on using the agricultural climate resources.Firstly, basised on the climate suitability-degree model,established a model ofclimate factors (light,temperature,water) membership function of Yanting for the maincrops (wheat,rice,sweet potato,corn) during cast32years(1981-2012),calendaringeach-year’s subordinate function values of climate elements for four crops.Secondly, by using the fuzzy mathematics method to subordinate function valuesfor various crops climate factors of light,temperature,water,which in order to obtain themain crops climate suitability index of Yanting:Climate resource suitable index(Isr),Climate performance suitable index (Ise) and Climate resource utilization (K).Thirdly, combined with the climate suitability-degree of four crops and plantingstructure to build the climate suitability-degree model for planting industry ofYanting.Furthermore,Calculated the planting climatic suitability of each years, namely:climate resources suitable index for farming (Ivsr),climate performance suitable indexfor farming (Ivse) and resource utilization(Kv).Then calculating the value makecorresponding analysis.Through the research are received the following conclusions: (1) From the analyze of the main crop acreage in many years and annualproduction to Yanting County nearly63years (1950to2012)obtained: nearly63years,the major crop acreage of Yanting fluctuating unstable,but the total area is relativelystable,Little fluctuation.The main crop unit area yield overall upward trend;About themajor change in the total output,except sweet potatoes crop has declined,the rest cropsshowed an upward trend.(2) Using the model to strike the value of membership climatic elements nearly32years,Yanting four cropsand analyze the four crop growing period in(light,temperature,water)climate factors suitability degree of membership functions.Fluctuations in the sizeof its sorting was UST(t)<USR(h)<USW(p).Then integrated the four crops membershipfunctions climate elements to further obtaining four crops of climate suitabilitydegree.Further analysis of the climate over the years,four kinds of crops suitabilitydynamic and concluded.The climatic suitability of rice,sweet potatoes and corn is higherthan the climate suitability of wheat.(3) Combining with t crop planting structure and climatic suitability built plantingindustry in Yanting climate suitability degree models.By calculating and comparing thethree kinds of planting acreage ratio weighted coefficient calculation results, Consideredthat using the dynamic crops planting acreage ratio climate as the weight coefficientcalculation of crop climate suitability-degree,which can match the actual plant productsindustry in yanting.Nearly32years, the value of planting industry climatesuitability-degree were the average value of the dynamic acreage ratio weightcoefficient calculation climatic suitability-degree value of planting industry for cast32years in Yanting. In which,Ivse1was0.4941,Ivsr1was0.1994,Kv1was35.24%.(4) In view of the trend for the planting industry’s climate adaptability change inthe country,put forward several appropriate measures for the county how to adapt to theclimate change,and elevating the optimized use of climate resources,which mainlyinclude:strengthening the construction of water conservancy facilities;increasing thewater utilization;promoting the poly soil tillage,no-till agricultural technology and so on;adjusting the planting structure and strengthening the maintenance and construction ofagroforestry systems;improving the agricultural production efficiency;enhancing theartificial meteorological intervention to reduce the impact of extreme climate onagriculture.
