With the rapid development of science and technology, develop construction projects have mushroomed quickly. And industrial projects are being actively prepared in every parts of the country with a good expectation. Industrial park has become an important factor of promoting the rapid development of local economy. Meanwhile, the construction of industrial part will disturb the original geomorphology for a huge area, break the vegetation, negatively influence local environment and nature balance. Thus, making a water and soil conservation plan for industrial park means a lot. It implements the national laws and regulations and is an effective way to control the water loss and soil erosion during the construction of industrial park project.The industrial park project is a typical punctate distribution project. The main features of this type includes large park area, great amount of ongoing project, great amount of fundamental constructions, large building-disturbed area, long construction period and large earthwork scale. This article is divided into the following parts:The current situation of water and soil conservation in industrial park and existing issues, general project situation, earthwork balancing, prediction of water loss and earth erosion, supervising water and soil conservation, project design and analyze of prevention effect.During the process of making this plan, we concentrated on collecting fundamental data, and investigated the filed several times. We looked up to relevant experience of prevention to water loss and earth erosion in other projects and then decided the erosion modulus in project area. According to relevant technical requirements, we built the prevention standard of project area. We decided the main prevention time period, area, supervising position and supervising time by the prediction of water loss and soil erosion. We divided the project into two grade Ⅰ sections by the phase of implementation; we divided the project into eight grade Ⅱ sections by the layout of implementation; we divided the project into 33 grade III sections by construction function and content, the degree of damage and disturbance to earth ground and different prevention methods. The amount of dug earthwork is relatively large, so we need to keep the earthwork balance according to the current landform. During the implementation, try to decrease the covered area and disturbed area; avoid implementation in rainy season and gale; properly set the water and soil conservation prevention; decrease the water loss and earth erosion caused by the implementation.The research result of this topic provides theoretical basis and technical support for the plan of water and soil conservation in industrial park. It effectively controls the water loss and earth erosion during the implementation of project. It brings out a general prevention and control system according to the feature water loss and earth erosion in industrial park. It actually works as a escort for the project construction.
