Biogas manure is organic leftover which was after ferment for firedamp,including biogas residue and biogas slurry. It is rich in nutrients which plants need. The use of biogas residue and biogas slurry could protect ecological environment in country and then use waste, thus save costs of agriculture. The reasonable utilization of biogas fertilizer has become an important step of Rural Circular Economy So, the effects of biogas manure on crops becoming an important topic of Chinese agricultural circular. In order to explore the effect of combined application of biogas manure and fertilizer on growth and development,production and soil enzyme activities of maize. The study takes two different maize(flat type, Fenghe 1; compact type, Zhengdan 958) varieties as test material, field and potted experiment were conducted to get the determination of plant height,fresh weight, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, leaf area index, SPAD value, yield, antioxidant enzyme activities of leaf, soil enzyme activities, hormone content of leaf. Experiment results show:(1) With the “80% content of biogas manure+20% content of fertilizer” fertilizing,the plant height and fresh weight increased significantly. The treatment of “80% content of biogas manure+20% content of fertilizer” improve blade’s ability to capture light energy,conversion efficiency of light energy of PSⅡ, quantum efficiency of PSⅡ, activity of PSⅡ, leaf area index, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic area, leaf senescence delayed, be helpful to the accumlation of dry matter at the same time.Thus Improved photosynthetic characteristics of Maize, advantageous to accumulation of dry material. Zhengdan 958 is better than Fenghe 1 in the characters above.(2) The maize yield was increased by combining application of biogas manure and fertilizer. With the 80% content of biogas manure and 20% content of fertilizer fertilizing, ear length, ear diameter and one hundred grains weigh increase. As to Fenghe No.1 and Zhengdan 958 the yield output reached 9367.82kg/ha and 11145.39kg/ha, compared with single application of fertilizer, increased yield by 29.56% and 34.96%.(3) Pot experiment indicated that applying biogas fertilizer and potash fertilizer treatment improved the magnitude of the protective enzyme activities of maize seedlings is greater than single application of potash fertilize, single application of biogas fertilizer and no fertilizer treatment. So as to increase the stress resistance,extend the leaf function, increase the green.Two varieties comparison, Zheng Dan 958 response in the protective enzyme for biogas manure and chemical fertilizer was better than Fenghe 1.(4) Biogas fertilizer and potash fertilizer application treatment can significantly increased soil enzyme activity, and enhance the function of transformation of soil nutrients, soil fertility has been significantly improved. Two varieties comparison,Zheng Dan 958 response in the soil enzyme for biogas manure and chemical fertilizer was better than Fenghe 1.(5) The study found that the biogas fertilizer and potassium fertilizer can increase the content of maize leaf IAA, GA, ZR and IAA/ABA, GA/ABA, ZR/ABA, but ABA content decreased. The biogas fertilizer and potash fertilizer application treatment can promote maize cell division and differentiation of plant tissue, then promote the growth of Maize.
