The purpose of this study was to investigate the cognition of College Students in Guang Zhou on the genetically modified knowledge and ecological environment and food safety risk of genetically modified crops. Based on the questionnaire survey, this study used the statistical software SPSS19.0 to carry on the data processing by the establishment of some models. The models are the research hypothesis and economic measurement model, hierarchy analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. According to the descriptive formulation, quantitative model analysis and scientific quantitative evaluation of the results of the survey, we attend to give some advice for the relevant departments. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: College Students have a higher self evaluation of the knowledge of genetically modified, but the degree of knowledge of students is very low in the objective investigation. The degree of attention of the genetically modified products is generally in life. The Internet has become the main way that college students pay attention to the relevant information, and the most concerned about the content of the transgenic products is the food safety of genetically modified products. Students trying to buy genetically modified products attitude is relatively conservative, but the vast majority of college students for the development of genetically modified technology and its industry attitude is positive. College students are influenced by advertising and online reporting of genetically modified information.Science class(biological professional) is better cognition of genetically modified knowledge than other professional students. Boys are more prone to exchange and discuss the related topics of genetically modified than girls, and the different majors are also different. The better cognition of genetically modified knowledge the students pay more attention to the relevant information. On the other hand, College Students have a higher self evaluation of the knowledge of genetically modified, but they have a lower willingness to eat genetically modified products. The influence factors of genetically modified information in Media have gender, professional knowledge and awareness of laws and regulations. In addition, this paper analyzes the risk of ecological environment and food safety by the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The conclusion is that food safety risk is the most important risk factor, and the risk level of genetically modified crops is at a moderately high level. On the other hand, the effect of genetically modified crops on non target organisms is an important risk factor of ecological environment, and the production of toxic substances from genetically modified crops is an important risk factor of food safety.
