Evaluation Of Forest Biomass Energy Resources Supply Capacity And Analysis Of Influence Factors

With the growing shortage of energy and environment problems, looking for a new type of renewable energy to replace traditional fossil energy has become a problem to be solved. Forest biomass energy use has become the key point of the world, and successively formulated policies and measures to vigorously promote the development of forest biomass energy. At the same time, the reproducibility of forest biomass energy has efficient, clean, environmental friendly characteristics which bring its huge development potential. At present, our country is in the preliminary stage of development of forestry biomass energy. The reserves and distribution of forest biomass energy has a bigger difference, so correctly and effectively evaluate forest biomass energy resources supply capacity is the basis and prerequisite of forest biomass energy use, which also provides a reliable guarantee for the development of forestry biomass energy. Therefore, this article is estimating forest biomass energy resources available based the related data of 31 provinces and cities from 1999 to 2013. On the basis of the amount of resources available, this article evaluates its resources supply capacity from internal and external factors comprehensive, and makes quantitative analysis of related factors effect on the forest biomass energy resources supply capacity based on the panel data quantile regression model. The results show that although the reserves and distribution of regional forest biomass energy is put in bigger difference, but on the whole, the forest biomass energy resources of our country can obtain quantity showed a trend of steady growth; Most of the provinces and cities have good forest biomass energy resources supply capacity, especially rich forestry resources of provinces and cities, such as Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Guangxi, Sichuan and Yunnan; Resources, forest age structure, the forestry investment, forestry policy, energy demand and land status has significant positive influence on supply of resources, climate condition, afforestation system and level of economic development has significantly negative effect; In the different amount of resources available, the related degree of the forest biomass energy influence factors is difference. Therefore, according to various provinces and cities in not unified China’s geographic location, resource conditions, social economic level, and the different policy support, China should according to the characteristics of each provinces and cities, take relevant measures to guarantee the stability of the forest biomass energy resources supply capacity.
