The Evaluation Of Panzhihua Urban Forest Resources

Along with the citivilization, material and social civilization have greatly advanced, but at the same time the ecology environment of the city was already seriously disturbed and destroyed, impairing the city’s sustainable development. Nowadays the research of urban forest has widely carried out and more and more cities regardless of home and abroad have made constructing a urban forest a measure to improve local residents’life circumstances and promote the development of the city. As a industrial resources city of Panzhihua, it put forward a slogan and planning scheme to construct a urban forest to improve the surroundings and the city’s imagination. The thesis adopt AHP to count the index weight value and the further step make the conformance test. Making the country urban forest standards as a reference value and combining the actual situation of Panzhihua, we can get the composite index of Panzhihua. which use to analyze the feasibility to construct the urban forest, the results are as follows:(1)This evaluation system includes five level2indexes, which covers the urban forest’s construction, the landscape, the society, the economy, the ecology, and it includes forest coverage, green space ratio, park green per capita, the proportion of native tree species, the body comfort level, the evenness of landscape, the water and soil benefit, the ecological bearing capacity per capita etc. twenty-six level3indexes. Posed the connectivity of the landscape gallery and the ecological bearing capacity per capita two indexes, make the evaluation content of urban forest system more scientific and complete.(2)The study uses AHP to calculate the index weight, and makes the consistency test. The result of Wi(A-B)、Wi(B1-C) and the total index weight all satisfy CR<0.1,which considers the judgement matrix acceptable and has the satisfied consistency. In the process of calculate the index weight, we mainly adapt the standards of country urban forest as the reference value,other the national level, which ensure the results of the analysis more scientific and authoritive.(3) According to the analyzation of the index weight, the weight of the construction index is0.3908,which is the highest,more than1/3of the whole weight.The weight of forest coverage is0.1243,which is the highest in the gross indexes.The two factors reflect that a city must have a quality of forest area, which is the base of found a urban forest city and improve the quality of the ecology. The heat-transfer conductance is0.1243,lying the second position in the gross indexes, which reflects the wish to reduce the heat-transfer conductance of Panzhihua. They are all consistent with meaning and cannotation of the urban forest construction.(4) The comprehensive index of Panhzihua’s evaluation successively is0.6840,lying in the early stage development of level II, which exits gaps compared with the country urban forest.The index of the green space ratio, approval rating etc have reached the standard of the country urban forest,but the index of the forest coverage and the degree of satisfaction etc still have a certain gap.The results indicate that:At a certain extent, the analyzation reasonably reflects the present situation of Panzhihua urban forest and illustrate the necessity of the construction.The set of the evaluation system has a certain scientific,which can provide some reference in the planning and the construction of Panzhihua’s urban forest.
