Blueberry(Blueberry), belonging to Ericaceae(Eri-caceae) Vaccinium(Vacciniodeae) plant, also known as Blueberry, the fruit is rich in flavonoids, anthocyanins, acid and other special nutrients, therefore has a good medicinal values and health benefits. With the enhancement of health awareness, increases demand for blueberries. Based on the Blueberry variety "" seedlings by cuttage propagation techniques of rooting and root Anatomy and Physiology studies, aimed at providing efficient propagation of blueberries with theoretical and technical support. The main results were as follows:(1)In three kinds of hormone treatment of root liquid,IBA, NAA and 3721, the best rooting effect was 1500 mg/L IBA, the rooting rate was 75%, the average root number was 4.26, the average root length is 3.18 cm, the rooting index was 39.36; Comparison between different varieties found that blomidon’rooting effect is better than Berkeley and Sunrise; Maintaining the temperature at 23-26 oC is beneficial to rooting; The best rooting effect of cuttings is moss;Cutting slips should be used in the middle and lower parts of plantlets.(2)Blomidon rooting cuttings rooting dynamic research, the Cutting slips deal with 1500 mg/L IBA, adventitious roots began at 24 d, compared with the control in advance 9 d; Morpholo gical studies of rooting, blomidon belong to inducted rooting, and root primordia was originated from the xylem.(3)In the rooting process, the content of sholuble sugar, starch and soluble protein showed a regular change,the content of soluble sugar and starch content decreased in the induction phase of adventitious roots and rooting period, with the enhancement of photosynthesis, the content become increased; Soluble protein content increased first and then decline, and a peak became in the adventitous root induction period; Throughout the rooting process, exogenous hormone treatment make nutrients increased of cutting slips, promote rooting.(4)Rooting are related with enzyme. Experimental results show that, in the process of rooting cutting, SOD activity increased first the decline, and became a peak in adventitious roots; In the root primordium stage and adventitious root elongation period, POD induced showed higher activity, and then decline in adventitious root expression; IAAO activity increased duri ng adventitious root induction period and the decreased in expression period; Exogenous hormone treatment and increase the enzyme activity in a certain extent, so as to promote the rooting.(5)Four kinds of endogenous hormones IAA, ABA, ZR, GA3, IAA/ABA pl ays an important role on cuttings during rooting plantlets of blomidon, The IAA, GA3 and ZR had a positive effect on adventitious root formation and exogenous hormone treatment improves the content of the three kinds of endogenous hormones, so as to improve the rooting rate, and ABA on adventitious root formation inhibition.
