Experimental Study On The Seed Germination Characteristics And Seedling Stage Of Lycium Ruthenicum From Different Provenance

Through the study on the seed size, weight and water content determination of Lycium ruthenicum from four different provenance, analysis in different germination temperature various source of seed germination rate, germination potential, start the germination rate, germination index and mildew rate is to study the germination characteristics. In the green house of A La Shan Zuo county Ba Run Bie Li Zhen Tu Ri Gen Ga Cha,We do the container planting seedling experiment and also do the field planting seedling experiment in A La Shan Zuo county Ba Run Bie Li Zhen Tu Ri Gen Ga Cha, analyzing the seedling growth chaiactenstics of Lycium ruthenicum from different provenance.The results show that:The biggest and the most full of seed provenance is Qing Hai.Next is Min Qin and Xin Jiang, the provenance seeds in E Ji Na county in all aspects of the indicators are lowest, the seed is the smallest.The initial seed germination temperature of Lycium ruthenicum from four provenance is 15℃, the optimal germination temperature under constant temperature is 25℃, the optimum germination under the condition of variable temperature is 20℃/30℃, Lycium ruthenicum from various sources seed germination in all aspects of the indicators under the condition of variable temperature are higher than under the condition of constant temperature,therefore, the best germination temperature of Lycium ruthenicum should choose in variable temperature between 20℃ and 30℃, and at this temperature the germination potential of all kinds of source in:E Ji Na county is 75.8%, Min Qin 71.0%, Qing Hai 68.5%, Xin Jiang 62.3%. The germination rate:Min Qin is 89.0%, E Ji Na county 88.0%, Qing Hai87.3%, Xin Jiang 82.5%,and there is no difference between the befreo three. The provenance seeds in E Ji Na county in all aspects of the initial seed germination temperature between the optimal germination temperature of Lycium ruthenicum are better than other three provenance.Expect 20℃ and 30℃, the order of germination rate, potential, start the germination speed and germination index:E Ji Na county>Min Qin>Qing Hai>Xin Jiang. Mildew rate difference is not significant.The container planting seedling emergence rate of Lycium ruthenicum from different provenance as follows:Min Qin96%>E Ji Na county 91%>Qing Hai90%>Xin Jiang89%.The seedling height and basal growth of Lycium ruthenicum from various sources basically show a similar type of’S’growth dynamics, the high growth period are all on March 19-April 20. The seedling height and ground diameter growth rhythm of the field planting seedlings of Lycium ruthenicum from different provenance basically show’S’type curve, that is slow growth-rapid growth-growth slowed, from the end of July to early september is the rapid growth period. Through the analysis, The container planting seedling stage and the field planting seedling stage of Lycium ruthenicum from different provenance, the seedling height and ground diameter of various sources are highly significant in different growth periods (Significant value is less than 0.05), the order of seedling height and ground diameter growth of Lycium ruthenicum from various sources from big to small is: Qing Hai>Min Qin>E Ji Na county>Xin Jiang, so after a comprehensive comparison, the most excellent provenance of the field planting seedling area is in Qing Hai and Min Qin.
