With the development of chinese medicine use,the demand of Radix Bupleuri increasing day by day,how to take effective measures to improve the yield and quality of Radix Bupleuri is urgently needed, trace elements through the application to adjust crop growth has been widely used in the agricultural production process and achieved good results, but the application of fertilizers in the production process of medicinal plants is relatively small, its effect on growth and yield of bupleurum, quality has not been reported so far. This research use "3414" fertilizer effect experiments to handle zinc, boron and molybdenum trace element fertilizer. The organ of the cultivation process of B.chinense DC. root growth, dry matter accumulation, quality index constituents were determined,to investigate the effects of fertilizer on growth and yield, quality. The main conclusions are as follows:1. The effect of combined application of zinc, boron and molybdenum on the growth of B. chinense DC.The different concentration of microelement fertilizer can produce different effects on the growth of Bupleurum chinense DC.,teatment Zn2B2Mo3 can promote the growth of the aerial part of Bupleurum chinense DC. most, teatment Zn2BaMo1 can promote the growth of the stem diameter, root diameter and number of branching, teatment Zn2B2Moo can promote the growth of ground and underground part of Bupleurum chinense DC. at the same time. Microelement fertilizer can increased the root branches,so causing root shorter in late growth stage, great contribution of Bupleurum chinense DC. aboveground dry weight and rootbranches on yield formation, the cultivation process can increase the yield of bupleurum root through the promotion of bupleurum root number, plant height, root diameter and control the increase of Bupleurum chinense DC. branching number. In this study, under the teatment Zn2B2Mo1,root number, plant height, root diameter and other indicators have reached a higher level, from through the promotion of organ growth in order to increase the yield of root angle, teatment Zn2B2Mo1 is the best treatment to increase the yield.2. The effect of combined application of zinc, boron and molybdenum on the yeild of B. chinense DC.Only use zinc can improve the yield of Bupluerum chinense DC.,the yield increased with the increase of zinc concentration in a certain range, only use boron can not improve the yield, but molybdenum can improve the yield of Bupluerum chinense DC.,the effect of increasing yield can not increased with the increase of molybdenum concentration, the yield of teatment Zn2B2Mo1 is highest,it can increase of plant height, leaf number, stem diameter, root diameter, root and branch number, branch number effectively.According to the results of regression analysis:use zinc 3.23 g/667m2, boron 23.67 g/667m2, molybdenum 5.76 g/667m2 can increase the yield to 220.87 kg/667m2.3. The effect of combined application of zinc, boron and molybdenum on the accumulation and distribution of dry matter of B. chinense DC.With the advance of growth and development, plant dry matter weight of Bupleurum chinense DC. showed a gradually increasing trend, fertilizer on dry matter weight influence degree decreased gradually with the growth process.Rootshoot ratio decreased gradually with the growth period of the process than the trend. The total dry matter accumulation show teatment Zn1B2Mo2 significantly greater than CK when early growth, teatment Zn2B2Mo3、Zn2B2Mo2、Zn2B2Mo1 significantly greater than CK when medium-term growth, teatment Zn2B2Mo3、Zn2B2Mo1、Zn2BoMo2、Zn2B2Mo2 significantly greater than CK when growth stage.Teatment Zn2B2Mo3 can promote the total dry matter accumulation and beneficial to dry matter accumulation to the underground parteffectively.4. The effect of combined application of zinc, boron and molybdenum on the quality of B. chinense DC.We found that early in the grough of Bupluerum chinense DC.,low concentrations of elements match process can promote the accumulation of saikosaponin a or d better, but in the late grough stage, the treatment of high concentration topromote obvious effect, teatment Zn2B3Mo2 is more beneficial for accumulation of saikosaponin a+d,According to the results of regression analysis:zinc 2.41 g/667m2,boron 22.87 g/667m2,molybdenum 7.09g/667m2 is the best scheme,it can improve the content of saikosaponin a+d to 1.23%.The study also found that the suitable concentration can improve the content of volatile oil from the aerial part, the content of volatile oil can reached 0.26% under teatment Zn2B2Moo,it is the highest one.Teatment Zn3B2Mo2 can control the bupleurum root acid insoluble ash content better, teatment Zn1B1Mo2 increased the alcohol soluble extractive content most effective. The influence of the contents of inorganic elements, the content of Ca reached 3875.95 μg·g-1 under teatment Zn1B2Mo2,27.86% higher than CK,teatment Zn2B3Mo2 is the highest Mg content,it reached 1639.26 μg·g-1,the content of Mo reached 17.54 μg·g-1 under teatment Zn0B2Mo2,86.20% higher than CK.All the processing of Fe, Mn content were not significantly different with CK,but there is a difference between the treatment of different concentration.Cu, Cr, Cd contents were not significant under fertilizer treatment for bupleurum chinense DC.In conclusion, the suitable concentration of fertilizer can effectively promote the growth of various organs of Bupleurum chinense DC.,positive regulation of dry matter accumulation and distribution and promote root yield. At the same time, the suitable concentration of fertilizer can promote the content of saikosaponin a and d, the content of volatile oil and alcohol soluble extract,at last,it also can affect the elements contents in roots to promote the quality of bupluerum chinense DC.
