| This dissertation is composed of three parts. The first part describes the source ofplant material, the experimental instruments and materials, experimental proceduresof extraction and separation. The second part states the results of the experiment, including the structure identification process of compounds. The third part reviews theresearch progress of Genus Notopterygium. In the bioactivity screening of marine fouling resistance, we found the extract ofNotopterygium franchetii de Boiss had obvious activity. Totally37compounds wereisolated from methanol extract of the root of Notopterygium franchetii de Boiss by theisolation methods of column chromatography, gel chromatography, high performanceliquid chromatography and so on. Among them25compounds were determined bynuclear magnetic resonance spectrum, infrared spectrum, ultraviolet spectrum andmass spectrum. The identified compounds involved coumarins, sesquiterpenoids, lignans, phenylpropanoids and steroids. There are five new compounds, includingthree lignans and two phenylpropanoids. At the third part of this dissertation, we summarized the research progress ofnotopterygium, content involves the classification of notopterygium, resourcesituation, geographic distribution, biological characteristics, phytochemical, pharmacological activities, clinical application and artificial cultivation. |
