The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of "Yishen Tonglin Decoction" In TURP Postoperative Tract Inflammation

ObjectiveThis study was to observe the "Yishen Tonglin decoction" on the clinical efficacy of TURP postoperative urinary tract inflammation and provide a certain amount of clinical trials on the development of traditional Chinese medicine study. We observed the effect of treatment with anti-inflammatory effect of traditional Chinese medicine in order to provide basic research materials and new train of thought and method for clinical anti-inflammatory therapy.MethodsThe research adopted randomized control clinical trials and collected the clinical data of40patients who were divided into treatment group (20cases) and control group (20cases) in random method. The treatment group was given the oral medicine "Yishen Tonglin decoction" dialectically and the second generation cephalosporins antibiotics treatment such as static drops, while the control group was given the second generation cephalosporins antibiotics treatment such as static drops. At last we compared the routine urine white blood cell count, the prostate symptom score, quality of life score of two groups.ResultsThere were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05) in the routine urine white blood cell counts of two groups on the same day after the catheter removal, the second day after the catheter removal and the7th day after the catheter removal; There were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05) in the prostate symptom score and the quality of life score of two groups on the same day after the catheter removal and the second day after the catheter removal. There were statistically significant differences (P<0.05) in the prostate symptom score and the quality of life score of two groups on the7th day after the catheter removal.ConclusionFor patients who occurred TURP postoperative urinary tract inflammation, we can effectively relieve them with lower urinary tract symptoms, reduce the urinary tract inflammation and improve the quality of life under the treatment of oral medicine "Yishen Tonglin decoction" dialectically.
