Clinical Research On Metabolic Syndrome With Ischemic Stroke(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis) Treated By Therapy Of Supplementing Qi And Activating Blood And Reducing Turbid

With the change of the way of life,the incidence of metabolic syndrome climbedsharply embodied in abdominal obesity,disturbance of blood sugar and lipid, elevationof blood pressure and the target organs such as the heart,brain and kidney damage isincreasing rapidly by it. At present, both at home and abroad are active in the field ofmedicine diagnostic criteria and clinical application of MS, stress on the preventionmeasures of heart, cerebrovascular incident.While still no specific clinical treatmentmeasures.TCM emphasize on diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis ofillness and the patient’s condition and have clear effect in pathology, physiology ofMS. While rare reports on therapy of MS with ischemic stroke and it’s weak on studyof clinical application. So then subject is significant on enhancing efficacyof the disease and improving the patients’ life quality,based on intensive study onpathomechanism and treatment of cerebrovascular disease result in MS with targetorgan damage and developing effective new chinese drugs.Objective： This study aimed at researching the clinical curative effect ofDaixiean granules through observing the patients of ischemic stroke (Qi deficiencyand Blood stasis) in TCM syndrome, nerve function defect score (NIHSS),activeability of daily life (ADL) and the changes of serum high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and the inflammatory level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-a), based on theapplication and research of Daixiean Granules.Methods： Adopts randomized and controlled design method, recruiting60patients with metabolic syndrome combined ischemic stroke (Qi deficiency and Bloodstasis), randomly assigned them to treatment group(30cases) and controlgroup(30cases) according random number table. The control group were given basictreatment while the treatment group were given Daixiean granules combined withbasic treatment.The dosage of Daixiean granules is two doses of the daily and decoctwith water. Each group was given continuous medication for a course of3weeks. Observe the changes of two groups in TCM syndrome, nerve function defect score(NIHSS),active ability of daily life (ADL) and the changes of serum high-sensitivityc-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and the inflammatory level of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-a) before and after the course of treatment.Results：(1) TCM syndrome integral: the two groups both improved TCMsyndrome obviously(P<0.05)and the treatment group improved TCM syndrome moresignificantly than the control group(P<0.05);(2) The clinical curative effect: Thetreatment group total effectiveness is77.9%while66.7%in control group, nosignificant statistical difference (P>0.05), suggests that no significant difference inclinical curative with the two methods;(3) NIHSS and ADL scores:Both groups hassignificant differences after treatment (P<0.05)，suggests that two schemes bothreduced the patient’s neurologic deficits and improve their life quality, while thetreatment group reduced the patient’s neurologic deficits and improve their quality oflife more significantly（P<0.05);(4) The Hs-CRP and TNF-a inflammatory level：after treatment both groups have statistically significant differences compared withbefore treatment （P<0.05)，while the treatment group have statistically significantdifferences compared with the contronl group after treatment（P<0.05),suggests thatboth schemes reduced the Hs-CRP and serum TNF-a inflammatory level, while thetreatment group reduced them more obvious;(5)Each group has no serious adversereactions during the treatment.Conclusion：DaiXieAn granules can improve syndrome of blood stasis and qideficiency，reduce serum Hs CRP and TNF-a inflammatory level，improve the lifequality for pantients of metabolic syndrome and ischemic stroke with the syndrome ofQi deficiency and blood stasis. It’s clinical practically and safety.
