Objective:This study is based on the points of the parade in and out of the "air" of traditional theory.With common symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea of uterus as the research point.We are based on the biophysical indicators of the point electrical properties,observed the specificity of the acupoint resistance with difference the uterine-related acupoints of different types with same meridian and same type with different meridian,and observed their physiological changes and disease activity in menses.We are by the mine of summarizing the law of specificity of acupuncture points to lay the foundation for the study of reaction mechanisms of the acupoints specific response,rich the the specific response of acupoints theory.All this can fully reveal the capabilities to provide the basis of specific acupoints.Methods:90 cases of dysmenorrhea subjects(dysmenorrhea group) and 90 cases of normal subjects(normal group) were from June 2013 ~ June 2014 female college students of hebei college of traditional Chinese medicine in the school,all the subjects are in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for selection.This study selected the uterine-related acupoints Sanyinjiao,Taixi,Shuiquan,Xuehai,Diji,Zhongdu Taibai,Taichongand;uterine-irrelevant acupoint Xuanzhong and non-meridian point nearby Xuanzhong.In this study,we adopts the Peking University institute of physical Yang Weisheng professor of the dynamic characteristics of meridian and acupoint(resistance) surface monitoring system,the instrument probe fixed on the corresponding points,each point with a non-woven tape measure 30 minutes.During the measurement,every ten minutes,recording an indoor temperature and humidity.Dysmenorrhea group and normale group mersured before menstruation,the first day of menstruation and the third day after the menstruation.In order to ensure the stability and the accuracy of resistance,on the premenstrual period,the menstrual period,the after menstrual period we measured at the same time.In this study,the resistance unbalance degree as the main outcome measure.Results:When transcutaneous resistance detection,normal and dysmenorrheal age groups,age at menarche,menstrual cycle,temperature measurement showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Correlation: The degree of resistance imbalance of Xuehai associated with indoor temperature showed low relevent on the first day of menstruation(r=-0.327,P=0.002).Before the menstruation, the degree of resistance imbalance of Sanyinjiao associated with outdoor temperature showed low relevent(r=-0.355,P=0.001).On the third day of after menstruation, the degree of resistance imbalance of Xuehai associated with outdoor temperature showed low relevent(r=0.312,P=0.003). Compared the normal and dysmenorrheal group the degree of resistance imbalance in before menstruation、the first day of the menstruation and after menstruation all the detected points had no difference(P>0.05). Compared the normal group of resistance imbalance degree:Sanyinjiao(P=0.05) and Taichong(P=0.05) had differentce in resistance imbalance degree compared between the before menstruation and the first day of menstruation.The resistance imbalance degree of Taichong before menstruation was significantly higher than the first day of menstruation, the resistance imbalance degree of Sanyinjiao before menstruation was significantly lower than the first day of menstruation. Compared the dysmenorrheal group of resistance imbalance degree:all the points had no difference in resistance imbalance degree compared between the before menstruation and the first day of menstruation in dysmenorrheal group(P>0.05).Taichong(P=0.01) had difference in resistance imbalance degree compared between the before menstruation and the third day of menstruation, the resistance imbalance degree of Taichong before menstruation was significantly higher than the third day of menstruation.Conclusions:1 We concluded that the resistance imbalance degree of Sanyinjiao and Taichong can reflect the menses of normal group. 2 Initially confirmed that the resistance imbalance degree of Taichong can reflect the status of the primary dysmenorrheal uterus breakeven. 3 Points resistance imbalance degree had no relevent with the environment of outdoor and indoor.
