Purpose： Throughacupointcatgutembeddingcombinedwithbiofeedbacktherapyin the treatment of Pelvic Achalasia Syndrome constipation clinical observationAnalysis and evaluation of two methods of combined treatment of Pelvic AchalasiaSyndrome type constipation.In order to explore the treatment of pelvic floorfailure flaccid syndrome constipation effective method.And give some referenceand better clinical application.Material And Method: Taking the Rome III criteria and results of laboratoryexamination for diagnosis standard, collect pelvic floor failure flaccidsyndrome constipation in50cases,11were male,39female, age25years old-75years old, the clinical course of3years-20years.According to the randommethod is divided into the treatment group25cases and control group25cases.By statistical analysis, the general data of two groups have no significantdifference and comparable(P> O.05). The treatment group: the use of acupointcatgut embedding combined with biofeedback treatment, control group:biofeedbacktherapy,7times as a course, a total of3courses.Observation of treatment oftwo groups of the total efficacy and related symptoms improve (records integralsum) and2months after defecation, using SPSS16.0statistical software forstatistical analysis.Results1.After3courses of treatment, the treatment group of25cases,0cases werecured,4cases, accounting for16%; effective in10cases, accounting for40%;11,44%. The control group of25cases,0cases were cured,1cases, accountingfor4%; effective in8cases, accounting for32%;16,64%. Total effective ratein the treatment group56%, control group, the total efficiency of36%, two groupsof clinical curative effect has significant difference (P <0.05). 2.Treatment group and control group after treatment of associated symptoms(including felt, defecation frequency, stool, will process difficulty level)has improved significantly (P <0.05), with statistical significance. And theeffect of the treatment group than in control group (P <0.01)3.Treatment of defecation after a follow-up of2months, found in the treatmentgroup low recurrence rate, long-term curative effect is better.Conclusion：1.Effect of Acupoint Catgut-embedding Therapy Combined with biofeedback therapyin the treatment of Pelvic Achalasia Syndrome constipation, is a kind of goodcurative effect, simple and applicable and feasible method, the curative effectof biofeedback therapy.2.Effect of Acupoint Catgut-embedding Therapy Combined with biofeedbacktraining in the treatment of Pelvic Achalasia Syndrome constipation is worthyof clinical research, reference and popularization.
