Clinical Observation Of YiShenJangtang Decoction For Diabetic Kidney Disease Of Stage â…¢ With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin And Effect On Serum Of Visfatin

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishenjiangtang decoction on patients with Diabetic Kidney Disease of stage â…¢ with deficiency of Qi and Yin and the effect of serum of visfatin level, to study on the relevance between Diabetic Kidney Disease and serum of visfatin preliminary, to investigate the clinical effect of Yishenjiangtang decoction further.Methods:60 patients with Diabetic Kidney Disease (DKDâ…¢) with deficiency of Qi and Yin were randomly divided into treatment group(the Yishenjiangtang decoction and integrated with modern medicine conventional therapy)with 30 cases and control group(integrated with modern medicine conventional therapy) with 30 cases. All took 3 months as 1 course of treatment in the two groups. After the treatment, to determine the treatment of TCM clinical syndrome curative effect and comparison of the change of the experimental index including visfatin, urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), hemoglobinA-lc(HbAlc),fasting blood glucose (FBG),and serum of creatinine(Scr). And analysis relevance of visfatin level and UAER, HbAlc of patients with DKD â…¢ with deficiency of Qi and Yin.Results: â‘ Prior treatment,the level of visfatin of the treatment group and the control group are apparently higher than the normal group(P=0.000). â‘¡After treatment,the levels of visfatin are lower than before(P<0.05),however, comparing the treatment group and the control group,the levels of visfatin have no difference. (P=0.140).â‘¢After treatment, the levels of urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER), hemoglobin A 1 c(HbAlc) and fasting blood glucose (FBG) are lower than before (P< 0.05).And comparing the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing the levels of UAER (P<0.05). â‘£ In the patients of Diabetic Kidney Disease with deficiency of Qi and Yin,the level of visfatin was positive correlation with the levels of urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) (r=0.974, P=0.000).Conclusion: â‘  Compared with the healthy control group, the level of visfatin of the patients of Diabetic Kidney Disease with deficiency of Qi and Yin are apparently higher. â‘¡ The Yishenjiangtang decoction can obviously improve clinical symptoms of patients with Diabetic Kidney Disease belong to syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin. Compared with the control group, the treatment group is better.â‘¢The Yishenjiangtang decoction has no significant effect on the level of visfatin of the patients of Diabetic Kidney Disease with deficiency of Qi and Yin. In the patients of Diabetic Kidney Disease with deficiency of Qi and Yin,the level of visfatin was positively correlated with urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),it may prompt that the level of visfatin is closely related with the Diabetic Kidney Disease. â‘£The Yishenjiangtang decoction can reduce the levels of UAER,FBG and HbAlc in the patients of Diabetic Kidney Disease with deficiency of Qi and Yin. Compared with the control group, the treatment group is better. This may prompt that The Yishenjiangtang decoction effectively reduce the level of blood glucose and urine albumin of early Diabetic Kidney Disease patients, has therapeutic effect on Diabetic Kidney Disease,delay the the progress of Diabetic Kidney Disease.
