Objective:To surch the effect of CSBTA on A549 cell and its possible mechanism.Methods:MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation of Corydalis saxicola Bunting in different concentrations (0.1,0.05,0.01,0.005g/L)respective-ly effect 24h,48h,72h,Flow cytometry were used to anlyzed A549 cells apotosis and analyzed the changes in cell cycle distribution of A549 cells. A549 cell were divided into 3 groups, and were cultured in ivtro:first its A549 cell control group,the second group is CSBTA (0.01g/L), and another density is 0.02g/L Use wound healing assay to detect the ability of migration in A549 cells. Through RT-PCR, we detected the different expression of E-cadherin、snail.And use Western Blot to detected chang expression of sanil、E-cadherin in protein level.Results:CSBTA could inhibit A549 cells in G1-phase of its proliferation. As Flow cytometry shows,and shows apoptotic rate increased with the concentr-ation rised(P<0.05). The wound healing assay showed CSBTA reduce the migration rate of A549cells(P<0.05).To compare the control,The expression of E-cadherin was upregulation on CSBTA group, yet snail was downregulation (P<0.05).Conclusions:CSBTA inhibit A549 cells in G1-phase in its proliferation,a-nd can induce the apoposis of A549 cells, reduse the migration ability; prevent epithelial-interstitial transformation of A549cells, that maybe a result of up-reg-ulating E-cadherin and down-regulation snail.
