Clinical Study Of Party Intervention Wenxiao Unstable Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaques

Objective:To observe the influence of Wenxiao party unstable plaque on lipid metabolism in patients with CAS; observe Wenxiao regulation of CAS in patients with unstable plaque with the expression of inflammatory factors; impact assessment Wenxiao party unstable plaque in patients with liver and kidney function and creatine kinase of CAS;clear Wenxiao party intervention CAS clinical curative effect of unstable plaque.Methods:The 78 cases of patients with the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into 2 groups, 39 cases in each group. Control group patients were given basic treatment,patients in the intervention group based therapy combined with Wenxiao party. For 24 weeks, observing Wenxiao party unstable plaque number on the carotid artery, intima thickness(IMT), the influence of total integral and lipid metabolism of Crouse plaque, on CAS in patients with unstable plaque inflammation factor(ICAM-1, VCAM-1, TNF-a,IL-6, FIB, MCP-1) regulated the expression, at the same time, the assessment of the impact of steady elimination Party of unstable plaque in patients with liver and kidney function and creatine kinase of CAS.Results:The final full analysis set(FAS) in 78 cases, the per protocol set(PPS) of 69 cases. In this study, the curative effect determination(based on the PPS data set):continuous 24 weeks after the interventionofcarotid artery in two groups, IMT, Crouse,ICAM-1, VCAM-1, the total score of TNF-a, IL-6, FIB, MCP-1 were significantly improved, were statistically significant(P < 0.05); comparison between groups,intervention group than in the control group improved the above indicators more obvious,with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Continuous 24 weeks after the intervention, the two group of unstable plaque number had a tendency to decrease, but no statistical significance(P > 0.05). The FAS statistical results agree with PPS. All the patients with liver function,renal function, creatine kinase index before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Wenxiao party is beneficial to the stability of atherosclerotic plaque,improve lipid metabolism, and can inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors ICAM-1,VCAM-1, TNF-a, IL-6, FIB, MCP-1, had no effect on the liver function, renal function,creatine kinase.
