Objective:To study the severe preeclampsia women the related risk factors foradverse pregnancy outcomes and cases in two groups of perinatals. Methods:A retrospective analysis in January2014to October2014cases in the firsthospital of jilin university childbirth of severe preeclampsia in pre-gnantwomen,150cases of clinical data.Results:1. General information:two groups of pregnant women to term-inatepregnancy gestational age to compare, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Other general situation of hospital patients has no statisticalsignificance(P>0.05).2. The relevant laboratory examination:The alanine aminotransferase (ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in the B group were significantly higherthan those in the A group, and the difference between the two groups wasstatistically significant (P <0.01).The platelet count(PLT) in the group B wassignificantly lower than that in the A group, there was significant differencebetween the two groups of data (P <0.01). The levels of serum creatinine(CRB) in the B group was higher than that in the A group, and the differencebetween the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels ofcalcium in B group were lower than that in A group, there was significant difference between the two groups of data (P <0.01).Other relevant laboratoryexamination has no statistical significance (P>0.05).3. Multivariate logistic regression analysis:The platelet count, serumcreatinine and termination of pregnancy were the independent risk factors forthe adverse pregnancy outcome.4. Delivery methods: All the main cesarean section, the differencebetween the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).5. Neonatal situation: The neonatal weight in the B group was lowerthan that in the A group, and the difference between the two groups wasstatistically significant (P<0.05). In B group once minute apgar score wassignificantly lower than that of A group, there were significant differencesbetween the two groups of data (P<0.01). There was no significant differencebetween the two groups of premature and neonatal death (P>0.05). Therewere significant differences in the fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and fetalgrowth restriction between the two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion:1. Severe preeclampsia women termination of pregnancy gestational age,Creatinine, the platelet count is to determine the risk factors of adversepregnancy outcome, can guide clinicians timely termination of pregnancy.2. The majority of adverse pregnancy outcome group of patients withearly onset preeclampsia, perinatal weight and one minute apgar score wassignificantly lower than that of good pregnancy outcome group, prone to fetal distress, fetal growth restriction and neonatal asphyxia cases.
