Objective:We study P53、PTEN、PCNAin the patients with Bladder tumor(theacquisition cases were Bladder transitional cell carcinoma)expression andpathological grade(grade this case application for WHO/ISUP1998classification)relationship,compared with normal bladder tissues and theexpression of。To evaluate the relationship between P53PTEN PCNA andthe malignant degree of Bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Method:1.Select the experiment object(Bladder transitional cell carcinoma)40cases。At the same time,we selected10cases of BPH operation bladder tissue as control.2.Expression of SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect40cases ofBladder transitional cell carcinoma tissues and10cases ofnormal bladder tissues of P53、PTEN、PCNA.Results:P53,PTEN,PCNA in Bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissues thepositive rates were55%、42.5%、62.5%.Compared with normal bladdertissue were statistically significant difference(P<0.005)the positive rate ofP53in I、II、III level in tumor were30%,56.3%,71.4%.The positive rate of PTEN in I、II、III level in tumor were60%,50%,21.4%.The positiverate of PCNA in I, II, III level in tumor were40%,62.5%,78.6%.Withthe pathological grading of Bladder transitional cell carcinoma rising, thepositive expression of PTEN gradually decreased。 The positiveexpression of P53,PCNAincreased gradually. Conclusion:With the assessment of the value between the immunohistochemicaldetection and Bladder transitional cell carcinoma P53, PTEN, PCNA ofthe malignant degree.
